Italians are most famous for that but actually it's a latin people thing, we're 99% heart and soul and 1% brain and pragmatic people lol look at Brazilians, South Americans in general, Spanishes, Franches, we are all the same, maybe Italians are 99.9% because of their "talking hands" hahahaha

I'm getting married to a Brazilian woman from Paraiba state in Brazil (about 4 hours flight north east of Rio & Sao Paulo). She can be telling me what the weather's like outside & it melts my heart. And that's in English. When she's speaking Portuguese....if you were deaf you'd swear she was Italian. Totally different to those from the south. Not sure if it's the 365 day a year roasting hot summer that does it. They're just passionate about life there. And the place....my god....I woke up on my first morning there (my flight arrived at midnight. It was 90°F & it was May, so technically winter lol), walked the 300m to the 2 mile long white sand, turquoise warm water beach eating a mango I picked from a tree on the way & when I got there & looked around I had tears in my eyes. The sky is a different blue, the sea is a different colour & temperature to the North Sea i'm used to, the soil is really red & the people are a different kinda beautiful. State of Paraiba....get it on your bucket list. Thank me when you get home. It's our ambition now to spend summer in Europe between Portugal & Scotland & our winter in Paraiba (their summer) after we get married next year. Summer in Scotland will be like winter for my her lol.
