As Sugita said, it's always great to see fellow Otakus become a pro voice actor/actress. And as Yuuki said, you can like anyone's voice acting on any show, but to like the voice actor/actress themselves is a whole different topic, and usually seiyuus who are Otaku themselves are far more interesting to follow and watch in these radios events and stuff. I really like Sugita because almost on every show he's throwing his anime knowledge along with his joke so it becomes funny and interesting for me since I too know about it. And shoutout to Yuuki the master of the bullied.

sugita is probably one of the most genuine, kind, and funny figure in the entertaiment industry i've ever seen. he's funny as hell, but god do i just have a lot of respect for him as a person.
My body needs more Sugita to work properly.

Most VA’s don’t watch anime as much as fans do, others like Shimono Hiro don’t watch at all. So It’s rare you see a guy like Sugita, a revered VA that is loved both in Japan and in the west still watches and loves Anime.

I think it's similar to how Saori Hayami or Sugita voices characters. Personally if I were to watch any new anime without knowing the cast who voices the characters, it's easier to pick out Saori, Sugita or someone like Imai Asami out. I've never realized a character is voiced by Horie Yui for example, until I looked it up.
Kanna's seiyuu voice is cute on the other level.
I feel like if I had been born Japanese, I'd be just like Kuwahara Yuki (I assume it's Kuwahara-chan that's talking in red). A complete otaku.

Now now, I really do need an episode where Sugiyama-san gets invited in Suguta's radio along with these fans (kinda seems impossible with these fans tho). I only ever saw him in Hetalia seiyuu event. There too, since he was teased a bit that was funny but I rarely saw any translated Naruto seiyuu events/radio shows so...it would be good if you translate some Naruto radio shows @KaikiSubs

I have been a fan of anime for a while and has only recently stumbled on the term "darkness" but if I am getting it right is it like the room where you have goods/merchandise whether its your own bedroom, closet/storage or an actual separate room that nobody sees hence darkness.
If it’s just simple goods it doesn’t count yet as darkness. There are several situations where darkness is used. One is used for a very embarrassing past like a chuunibyou past like in that one anime. One is used for goods be it figures, books or anything else of a certain genre or of a certain character that you absolutely don’t want to show others. Both of those, are things you want to keep away from other to keep it in the darkness. The first one is also known as ones kuro rekishi ones dark history.
Ohh I see yes it's does make sense thanks. I guess I prefer this "darkness" compared to the westernized definition which refers mostly to VERY bad things. So now I can't be an edgelord and talk about being dark in Japan LOL
