Hello there: I worked as a recording engineer in production sessions for anime before and I've had the good fortune of work with both Sugita and a ton of his acquaintances / good friends and, if you ask around, Sugita is pretty universally liked. Like, yeah: The inappropriate jokes and goofy behavior are basically there to stay, but several of his closest friends (including Yuuichi Nakamura, Kenichi Suzumura, Mikako Takahashi) have mentioned that he often does that to put people at ease, just like he did with Ms. Iguchi here.

There was that one time when the entire staff of a show came together to bully a newbie seiyuu. Like, really mean stuff. Sugita invited him onto one of his programs, and they talked about it. At some point after that, Sugita by chance was on air with the producer from the show. They were supposed to be interacting, but Sugita didn't say a word to him, totally ignored him and basically treated him like the asshole he was. That's the kind of guy who deserves all his fame.
Twane would you possibly know where I could see a video or copy of that story? Or who the people in question was. It's made me really curious. lol
You guys need to get over that. Most of the people who spread that story do not know who those people are. You do know Ichiki (the guy teased) and Terashima (the guy accused of teasing) are really good friends?

Froooost - The comment wasn't directed towards you. It's okay to ask questions especially if you're not familiar with the context. But that story surprisingly is spread on English channels for some reasons. I don't think most people know actually know the people they are accusing and just echoing an exaggerated story only in that context of a horrible planned campaign and never seen those same people outside of that set and seen how they actually interact with each other.
I don't think people know that that type of shock campaign was a thing in JP and Kokoro Connect producer tried to mimic it but failed horribly at it.
Ichiki never felt that the campaign itself was teasing or as harassment and was sad the internet took it that way. Ichiki has stated he knew that producer well, and they went forth with that surprise project believing in Ichiki's ability to make it something entertaining - the result wasn't great, unfortunately.

"Gaiga" means not only foreign animations but also live action films from another country.

I am aware of that (Japanese is my native language). However, Iguchi has no voice over work/dub for foreign films that I am aware of. There isn't one listed in her JP Wiki which is pretty comprehensive.
Though Iguchi has voiced a playable character (or one-half) from Elsword, a South Korean product. Sugita has like Kamen Rider Dragon Knight and Pacific Rim, Yuukyan has like the MCU Captain America, and both were in a Transformers cartoon show.
Roy Asturias - Game recording studio tend to be very different and most of the time will never be taken in a group. Iguchi here was talking about an anime recording set most likely. Iguchi and Sugita surprisingly have very little cross-overs. Judging from the time-frame and how crowded the studio was, I'm guessing it might have been Nobunaga the Fool's set.

you can see the less important VAs stay near the door/seats and go behind after their part so the others can use the mic, but the main VAs use the mics a lot so they dont really move

Seating is a topic that comes up often on seiyuu radios. Especially for newbies that landed a very good role (like the main heroine/main character). Seating is technically free on the set. You can sit anywhere you want, and differently every time if you want, however, in actuality that doesn't happen often. Newbies often don't know what to do when they first enter the set. When do you greet your senpai? Refrain from fan-boi/girl. How much or how little should you say? The pressure of sitting down before they do. The pressure of sitting in the center with a group of people you don't really know and only heard about. The presure being watched by them. Being scolded by the Sound Editor and Director. Trying to keep quiet (not laugh at jokes or adlibs, not make small white noises like with turning the page/shoes/clothing rustling, try not to be embarrassed when your tummy rubbles since a 30min ep typically take roughly 3-4 hours of recording time), etc.
Also when they want to get to know someone, but can't sit near them because changing seat pattern means you're taking someone else's seat forcing them to switch. Very difficult if they that person is your senpai. Also difficult if you're the main since you really can't change seats. So often just because they are on a set together doesn't mean the people actually know and talk to each other. Surprisingly, many people are really shy in this industry. Iguchi for example while she is very talkative on the radio and events, she is actually super shy in person and isn't an outgoing person greeting people.
Aqua Venus - heh Matsuoka is hiding in the corner because he's Matsuoka. Shy, Timid, Social Anxiety Level SS+. That's an extreme example, lol.

Does anyone know the name of the anime she was a part of, with Sugita?
Since this was recoded 2014 and she spoke of it like a recent event, from my research I would say Nobunaga the Fool where Sugita was main and she had a small role (as she described).
Crossing the animes with the two from early 2014 / late 2013 we got this anime or Symphogear G but in the latter Iguchi played a more significant role.
Plus if you look the distribution for Nobunaga the Fool, you can see that it had a big cast with a lot of recognizable voice actors, again like she described.
