When my husband was in ICU. . It's 7 years.now... That's how long he's been passed (age72)..
But I said the Divine Mercy sitting next to him, and the whole room just filled with these beautiful white lights and even the blanket was glowing..such PEACE enveloped us...I felt like I was in the room, but ...somehow NOT in the room. . . . and I could just feel the Presence of the Lord; He passed away a few hours later in the beautiful hospice they had in the hospital in New Jersey very peacefully. ( St. Clare's) where we lived, so I just wanted to share that with you;, that it's very, very powerful, and that Our Jesus stands before His Father and the soul so that His Justice DOESN'T touch them when you say the Divine Mercy Chaplet for a dying person...and he also had the Last Rites of the Church before he passed away.
My sister and myself are both converts from the Episcopalian Church, as well.

Terrific talk. When you see God at work in his life it gives you hope the God is behind the scenes in the life of many who believe that he is there, in control.

I attribute to the Divine Mercy Image my return to the Faith of my baptism, but it wasn't a quick story (2006 through 2014), and it involves Notre-Dame-des-Sept-Douleurs -- Our Lady of Sorrows, and Mother Angelica & EWTN airing the Devotional Prayer of the Chaplet of the Divine Mercy at 3 o'clock daily. But it's a long story how it all came together.
