I can't believe ANYONE would take a fuggin pontoon boat out on the ocean, let alone through Haulover. What a maroon.
We have a 30 ft triple toon with two 300s on the back on a big lake in MN. I wouldnt think about bringing it on the ocean. Great for the lake though!
That anchor loss was pure hot to watch, karma for flipping off the drone 😂
I wanted to see it put a hole in the hull.
Was hoping it would wrap around the prop😂
Pontoon boats have no business out in the ocean
THANK YOU...!!! And i can't believe that Haulover doesn't enforce that and other crap that i've seen people get away with. They clearly aren't doing their jobs down there as efficiently as they should be.

@@UncleKennysPlace What LAW ? This is the Wild Wild Miami !
The number of boats that go out with fenders hanging is unbelievable.
That boat at the beginning, I could hear the stringers cracking from here, I’m in Northern Michigan
NM here also.
No, it came down soft, rear first then it sent the front down. Very smooth.
The fact that very few to none wear a life vest is absolutely amazing.

You’re a bot repeating the same lane comment
Mind your business Karen.

Mystery boat- Ranger Tug. Believe it is a 31 command bridge.
She’s a long way from Kent Washington were they are made. It’s a $400k 31’ boat.
@@thereissomecoolstuff sea keeping isn't one of her abilities, but there is "so much storage" apparently a selling point. I overheard a wife selling her husband, after looking at one for sale. :)
@@blastoffblue they are pretty good little boats for inland waters. You can get so much more boat for the money.
Hard to look past one if you want to do the Great Loop, I think the flybridge is collapsible.
@@frankperry2874 He had to zig zag like that because they are slow as molasses , I think he did it right
That Magnum 50 is no joke.
Your drone is actually giving these wallies a reason to show off
The Magnum 50. Like a Boss.
🤣🤣🤣 the instant karma for flipping off the drone is great… anchors away!!! 🤣🤣
Your favorite boat, the Magnum 50 looks like a classic WW2 PT Boat
Sloppy captains leaving their fenders on when underway . I can't stand that!
I luv how Haulover doesn't care what boat your the captain of...only what type of captain you are!
Before his anchor went Davey Jones... it got some punches in....third boat. Same boat looks like they cornered the market on boat fenders.
The man bun with the bumpers hanging off the side said it all for me 🤣.
The Magnum 50 is the James Bond of yachts!
0:04 Chiropractors love this video!
I still dont get the number of LAKE BOATS heading into the ocean?????????
That's what you get for flipping off the Wavy Drone!😂😂
That Twin Vee making it look easy
Yup. It probably wasn't his first rodeo
Twin Vee’s cut through rough waves like a hot knife through butter
That Axopar hull is stunning.
I sure googled them
My favorite boat is the Midnight Express! Rides the big waves like a boss!
Karma and the anchor. Beautiful.
That Dusky gave absolutely 0 fcks .. The hold my beer champions of the week for sure 😂😂
10 points for the lady saving the fishing rod in the first clip
The Magnum was a prince!
You can always tell a great captain by the fenders hanging off the side of the boat!
Who needs a life jacket? Famous last words.
When I saw the pontoon that song "O HELL TO THA NAH" started playing in my head rent free. Much respect from Windermere.
Hello from Houston. I like this format. We love your videos.
"Hey I bought a new anchor for the boat, after the last one 'disappeared'". "Do you want me to tie it off when we install it?", "Nah, we'll do it later" 🤭
I have read a lot of claims and praise regarding Axopar but watching the way it handled here … the praise is sure well deserved.
I believe it's 'would you take Haulover through your family AND pontoon' 😂
Ahoy Wavy! West coast Canada here. Loads of boat stuff, nothing like Haulover. Ok that cruiser is a Ranger Tug. Beautifully finished in and out. Can use a gallon of gas an hour, if set up for it. All have nice cabins and small cooking place. Most run a 250 hp Yamaha Offshore or something, so forget a gal per hour usually. Not built for speed, will hold up to 25 knots. Cutwater is the same company and those are more suited to lead foots. Likely to see a couple of 250s on a Cutwater.
The most gifted rafters on the planet. Give them a vessel with a motor, and OMG!!
OMG 😮 I can watch your stuff for days on end with no break or sleep..very relaxing 🤤
That magnum is a magnificent beast.
Those boys know what they are doing.
Just some good ol boys having a dang good time! I mean I didn't see anything fall off...
0:13 when people act cool but are really fools. They lost half their gear but act like it was planned hahahaaha
The best shot was of that monster sheepshead at the end what a catch!!
the anchor was a paid actor
Bringing new meaning to the term "drops anchor".
The “Mystery Boat” is a classy setup!
Ranger Tug,,they also make CUTWATER boats,,even Classier
I love it so fun to watch.
The Mystery Boat looks like a Ranger Tugs R31-CB
I was wondering if it was under powered. Reviewing the spec sheet, they just went a bit slow. 340 hp should be fine.
your camera work is really fantastic
I would get annoyed at a drone in my face too, ngl. Shore vids looks way better anyways, and the audio matches up.
Your last three boats were stellar. Was that a roach in the mans blue shirt at the end? Appreciate all your content Wavy. Hullscaping…
I was delivering on South Miami 2 weeks ago and about out of my hours and needing to do my 34 hour reset.
I was Reeeaaally tempted to pay the 40 bucks a night at a secure parking area and bobtail over to Haulover to watch the boats.
The last boat was my favourite
Pontoon captain was actually pretty smart. Instead of battling his way out, he rode the wake of the boat ahead thus giving him relatively flat water. I still wouldn’t take one out, they belong on lakes and rivers, but I do have to hand it to him. Whether intentional or not is a different story😂
That looked like fun! 😅
6:27......The SS Minnow !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL
Whole thing makes me wanna stay home
The mystery boat is a Ranger tug cb 31 make in Seattle USA
That Twin Vee made me want one
Watching from beautiful Lake Winnespausaukee in NH!
What about Bob ?
What about spell check? Baby steps.
So many professional boat captains in here. Most can't even spell ocean
mystery boat looks like a dinghy holder!
I'm not sure of that was your intention but you got the hydrodynamics characteristics of most of the pleasure boat hulls in rough water.
Nice! I like to see the "common" boats... A pontoon and I/O cabin cruiser. Not all very high-dollar stuff.
i wanna see a 16 foot jon run a high surf haulover
Haulover didn't destroy the boat. The boat DESTROYED Haulover!!! Hehehehe
Interesting. the deep Vee hulls clearly handle the inlet better so long as you know how much power to use, the shallow V's get a lot of bounce. The unidentified vessel with it's displacement hull did OK but would have done better with a bit more power in the engine department, but they kept a dry boat.. The Magnum 50 showed everyone how to do it, but you need to have confidence to enter any inlet at that sort of speed I'm guessing they are a local. The pontoon boat did ok going out but coming back in showed the deficiencies of it's skipper
Completely crazy! Accident waiting to happen!
From the pontoons I've seen in these videos I would definitely give it a shot
Pontoons are boss. Never seen one in imminent danger
The first boat did take the waves incredibly well.
That wellcraft had its fenders out so you knew it was a sloppy crew, then the anchor proved it!
They are having the time of there life.
In biking, we call that an endo. Watching from Pa, just northwest of Philadelphia
As always great video!! But I have to ask is it just the inlets this rough or is the ocean also as rough because it does not look like a fun day
Magnum 50 doing a real fine job !!!!!
Always crushes it! 🚀
@@WavyBoats What do they sell for? Maybe I'll buy one... or two.
I am the worst kind of perpetually drunk credit card captain. Can't wait to take my boat to Haulover and just send it 😂
He stuck the landing, much better than a flat landing across the whole hull.
I love these videos! Great quality. It seems everyone on board has open alcohol and no life jackets. If someone went overboard, rescue would be very difficult if not impossible. Are there no regulations in these waters?
That's a pretty decent Sheepshead.
Yeh, that last boat was impressive.
On the one hand, pontoons drain…. But they also flip…. I may go out with my friends, but I wouldn’t take me family
I love PONTOON BOATS , but they will FLIP!
What's the best boat for riding these conditions?
freeman cat
Not so much the boat as the ability of the captain but look for a deep V with a good l/b ratio of at least 3:1 or better 4:1 and up which will bridge waves better and not be subject to so much pitch.
Twin V cats and similar are a great setup for such inlets and rough conditions as well - watch Haulover / Boca videos and see how well these handle those conditions when in competent hands.
Big boat good Capt.
might want to check the hull when you get back to the dock for stress cracks...
At 0:16, the captain is an idiot, but I’m happy.😂
I would take out Haulover on the pontoon boat, if I wanted get rid of them!
Love that Magnum.
16 fenders and 20' of anchor line! lmao.
3.04 .....WHERE DID THE ANCHOR GO..... LOL.....
Never turn your back on the sea and never flip off the Wavy drone.
Cap’n Nut Log!
pontoon killed it. He shoulda stayed in it
Mystery boat @7:25 is a Ranger Tugs R31 Sedan.
The Sun Seeker might have been the bottom searcher. The bird got the karma, the ocean got the anchor. No hats all bulls when it comes to the life jackets.
Nice sheep
That 1st one, look how smooth the water is off to the side.
Lol it's the blue top guys! Lol
To answer the question NO. I would NOT take or even put my family at such a risk in a pontoon boat at Haulover. Quite frankly i can't believe they are even allowed in the first place. That's what i mean by that inlet needs FAR stricter enforcement rules. I've seen so many reckless boaters going through there. Babies sitting in the open bows of boats in peoples arms with no life jackets on. Speeding through no wake zones. And a ton of other reckless behavior. They really need to get it together down there before someone gets seriously injured or even killed.
Dude, where's my anchor? Blue mystery boat is a Ranger Tug. Built in the PNW.
The boat at the 7:00 clip looks like a Nordic Tug.
Yacht - no lifevests.
There is a right way and a wrong way to go over a bar; if you’re going over a bar in a pontoon boat, you’ve chosen the wrong way
