Nah, they're the same. But for some car that got an aero part deleted, they move up 1 alphabet (e.g aero part C deleted, that makes aero part D become aero parts C)

湾岸6から追加された車種（ポルシェ、GT-50、レパード、S14、S130、2000GT-Rなど）はCセットまであるので、レベル25でBセットを獲得できます。

In story mode devil z is really fast in chapter 1

You can't. It's story related. It's like in an RPG (e.g. Paper Mario) where you try to defeat a powerful boss but get KO'd at the beginning. However It is possible in the second loop or higher but it is tricky to do so. You need to do a lot of slip streams with the traffic.

Since its introduction in 5dx+, it does not allow neon, bonnet and carbom trunk installation maybe due to liscence
