Ok imma just vent cause its like 1 and im not gonna sleep. As ive been looking back on my life, i realize that having to go to therapy for depression in like 6th grade was a major sign of "hey your family isnt that great for you" and its like, i refuse to fully believe it but part of me knows its abusive. Even if its just verbal or mental, its still causing damage. But i refuse to believe its abuse cause its not physical or actually caused me to self harm or shit cause im way too scared of pain. I just force myself to game or sleep as i cant think of anything else as normal. I dont know if im just looking for excuses for laziness or selfish behavior, and would love for an internet strangers outside perspective
Man the Jurassic park in the beginning reminded me of my ex. She loves Jurassic Park and I’ll never see the movies or games the same way without thinking about her. We are thankfully still really good friends and her parents have basically adopted me into the family so unless I either get into a heated argument with her or her family, we are friends for life!! I may have lost a romantic partner but I still have a lifelong friend and I don’t see that as a failure in the slightest!! 😊

I went through sexual abuse with my ex i still have some of the trauma till this day im making a shorter ersion but what coincidently is this asmr scenario of being pounced is exactly what my fiance did and it triggered my trauma and i freaked and i asked her and she did and i told her why because what my ex did and she was sad i never reported because i genuinely thought that was normal my ex gaslighted me to believe things and i thought they were normal in a relationship
