The rapper wasted no time starting to work on her property in the exclusive LA community, a $5.2 million ranch-style estate with a guesthouse. Iggy has been renting a mansion for the last several years in the nearby Calabasas neighborhood, and prior to that, she sold her former Tarzana house she once purchased off of Selena Gomez.
