I'd probably use it to film my football teams matches and tournaments right now the method we use isn't all that great and I don't like having to ask the parents to take turns filming the game they should be able to enjoy the game and not have to worry about helping me out
I'll use it to stream and record my beer leagues game!
I would use it for our 12U Tackle and Flag Football games. This is my 2nd year coaching so this would be incredibly useful â€. Liked and subscribed đ . Coaches are not allowed to have their phones on the field. I have missed recording so many of my son's plays because we can't get a parent to record the whole game.
definitely would the honor of having on as we are streaming live games for multiple high school basketball games so the parents can watch that are working or with the other kids. We don't charge and this technology would cut down on paying staff simple to move the phone back and forth and track. hopefully there is still time to be selected
Recording my son's soccer training and games. Great for post game analysis and highlight reels :) Also be nice to stream to team and family that are not able to attend the matches..

I have 3 children 9,10, 12 all playing domestics basketball and comp WABL (WA Basketball) league. We video all the time for the coaches to share with the team for review after games but itâs become a manual task panning up and down the court and sometime you spend more time watching the game and forgetting to pan the camera. I was actually about to buy the Osmo mobile but realised I will still need to pan and this is pretty neat with the AI built in, it will do the panning for me and allow me to watch my kids games more. This is why I watched your video review as it seems to be the answer. Thanks for breaking it down. Great review

Great review. With 2 kids playing soccer in different age groups i somehow got stuck recording the games for the coaches. After 2 hours my wrist kills me from holding the phone for so long. This would be a game changer for me.

Thanks for the honest review! I've been looking for an alternative to the expensive, subscription based cameras like Trace and Veo. I think this thing would be perfect for us. Both my kids play travel soccer and it's rare when both my wife and I can be at the same game together, so we're often holding our phones trying to catch highlights (rarely successful lol). I'm military and gone a lot so the streaming function would be great for us too. How often did you have to manual correct it when the action went off frame? Did it's tracking abilities lag at all when streaming vice recording? Keep up the great work!

Good Aussie review, and I got a bit excited about maybe scoring a freebie, cause I'm tight, but you talked me out of it with the lack of zoom.
I help out with my boys U16 Rugby team.
He is a tighthead prop, and my job is to help them learn their jobs in the front row.
Unfortunately, I need the zoom function, so I will have to reach further into my ooor old pocket and keep my eye out for a decently priced, competent ptz gimbal.

Update is just out and has 3x zoom built in đ
I'd place it at the target line of our archery club and at competitions, where we are not allowed to stand for obvious reasons. Hopefully to catch arrow hits and then the archers moving to score and collect their arrows. Not fast moving, the people anyway, but would capture the whole line.

Would use it for Basketball Practice purposes to be able to review the practice immediate after, edit it to show individuals and or team the mistakes they are making and to develop trainingto correct mistakes. Also when I am doing personal skills and development before and after school I can record my players and visually review his performance.
Currently i can only set my phone to record only one side of court during practice. I do not have an individual to record my daily practices or my summer scrimmages. This would be idea for me. My athletic director is reluctant to purchase one of these.

Good overall Review Im currently testing it out too i wanted to know what other creators thought about it the hand gestures are pretty cool with it too it can record and pause from hand gesture aswel as the app or trigger i think its quite good although for a smaller niche its good !
Yeah itâs a funny one. In smaller channels you have a much greater chance to win. This giveaway has been solid though. Theyâve just updated too, which is really good as theyâve added a zoom. So I think itâs gonna go off đ
As the committee member and parent of 3 football players. As a parent who boys play at opposite side of the city each weekend. This would help broadcast one of my sonâs game to my wife while she is at my other sonâs game
As a committee member we have been looking into a video recording equipment for the club. The XBOTGO would allow the club to have multiple units recording multiple games to help support our coaches development our players without a subscription cost. The current systems cost a couple of grand each and their subscriptions cost about as each per year. This is a massive cost for a small football club such as ours.

Itâll only hold phones, but Iâm quite confident can hold the largest you can put on it. The iPhone 15 pro max is a monster.

Anyone that has used this (I purchased the product and it works well) have you ran into battery problems with the device you use (my cell phone). My phone drains after fully charged when streaming my son's 60 min soccer game. It barely makes it through.
Trying to connect the phone to an external power bank while in the gimbal, the gimbal recognizes the weight difference and starts beeping and doesn't work. Does anyone have any battery charging solutions they have tried that doesn't mess with the gimbal calibration?

I had no idea something like this existed. I have 3 kids and two of them are into competitive soccer. My oldest is just coming off ACL surgery, and I was looking for something to capture her games to send off to colleges and universities. She is missing her entire Jr. year of high school (which is when most of the recruiting times happen). This would be a great solution. I was looking at the veo and couldn't believe how expensive they were. Great video and I subscribed.
Question: Can you hook up like a gopro or is it just for phones. I alsoneed a recommendation for a good tripod that wont blow over in wind. Thanks.
