I’m 50 50 about this style of recitation. It’s so mesmerising and takes your breath away but at the same time it feels like a guilty pleasure because it comes across as though it’s being sung rather than recited naturally.

I have never heard anyone who can recites Surah Yasin and other Surahs in so many different styles. Your mystical n mesmerizing recitations even made my none Muslim friends interested in Islam. Refrain from the tune of the People of the Book and the transgressors . For , soon there will come a nation who will recite the Qur'an to the tune of songs , and like monks and hired mourners . The Qur'an will not cross the throats of those . Their hearts will be full of temptations , and the hearts of their captivated listeners will be full of temptations . [ Almu'jamul Awsat Tabaranikrit , Hadith . No. 6223 , Shuabul Iman Lilbayhaqi , Hadith No. 2407 ]

@@almuid2373 melody দিয়ে কুরআন তেলাওয়াত করা তো মুস্তাহাব। কোনো গানের সুর যদি কেউ হুবহু কপি করে তাইলে হারাম। কিন্তু qari omar hisham তো tajweed এর সব rules যেমন গুন্না, মাদ, ওয়াকফ maintain করেই সুর করে কুরআন পড়েন। সুতরাং হারাম হওয়ার কথা না।

Honest opinion: I love your previous original style of recitation. you have mashallah one of the most Melodious voice and every time I listen to the recitation Its heart touching and I can’t stop reflecting on marvels in Quran. Your translations make it really handy to grasp meaning for us all. This style sounds like some sort of musical or songs they perform in churches. Please dont take it negatively I simply stated my opinion and I am sure many would agree. Jazakallah khairan akhi. May Allah swt reward your for your intention aameen.

I agree. Sometimes I feel like those sad indian songs. But we all know that is just sheytaan messing up with our head. It's absolutely Beautifull voices he got there.
I think as time changes and progress Quran recitation has and how we recite how it has progressed. There’s no harm in beautifying the words of Allah
It's best to rephrase your wordings. Read upon the different styles of recitation permitted when the Qur'anic ayats were revealed.
