Nice bobber man, these c50/m50 bikes are wicked candidates for bobbing out. BTW you were sounding like an Aussie right up until the moment u said 'bobber'!
Do you use a windscreen? I have a Memphis Shade batwing fairing with the same mounting brackets you have. Not sure if a windscreen or fairing would look good on a bobber. What do you think?
Hey bro gorgeous bike....I just picked up a stock 07' C50 and I wanna do the 4 popular upgrades.....intake, exhaust, white walls and bars.....my question is did you have to make any specific modifications after installing the intake? Not sure with it being fuel injected but I know carb bike need jetting when you start modifying
I just picked up a 2008 c50 and I'm lovin your setup I'll be doing a very similar look with ape hangers blacked out pipes and because I'm from Australia we have to mount the number plate to the rear
Man, this bike is freakin BEAUTIFUL!! I am in the process of modifying mine - starting with seat and rear fender. Could you tell me where you got the seat mounting plate (which covers the battery), and also where you got the rear fender (and what width it is)? Thanks so much! Great bike...
Great looking bike man, Im about to get my hands on a 2005 c50 boulevard and want to also turn it into a bobber. Can you list what add on and modifications you have done to it.
Hey bobby Thanks a lot man! Metzeler white walls And powdercoated the wheels black... Thunder air intake from MFG...kuryakin floorboards... The saddle, the fenders, the bars All come from blue collar bobbers! Pipes are Mortons violators...
I’m tellin you people missing out in my opinion not putting the white leather diamond seat on it with the white exhaust wrap with the white walls look sick. I’m gonna do mine like that I’ve got a 2004 VL800 it’s the silver and white model so it’s gonna look sick but still an awesome bike bro I love it bada$$ what saddle bag is that for the swing arm? I need to find me one
I have the same bike I am bobbing now, I am curious what size tires you ended up putting on your bike, and did you powder coat your rims with the spokes and all? The bike looks real nice great job.
Hey man thanks! tyres are standard but look bigger because of the fenders! I have now also removed the front fender changed the number plate and have joker machine bar end mirrors. Yes the rims and spokes are powder coated matt black. All the best Dirk
Hey man I'm working on my 2002 Suzuki volusia and turning it into a bobber as well, I was wondering seeing where you got your spring seat?? And was it an easy install?
nice bike man. I just posted a video of my bike. its no where near what yours looks like. yours looks professional while mine looks homemade lol. you will see when you watch it.
Hey man sorry for the late reply! Yes the are LaRosa saddlebags and yes they fit perfectly. Don't know what they are talking about. As long as the swing arm is exposed it should fit! All the best, Dirk
Hey sorry if I missed it in the comments section I have the same bike, got mine as is and considering if I wanna invest and make it nice like yours hah. Problem is you have a nice garage to keep yours in mine is a daily rider parked on the streets of NYC in a safe area but no area is really safe.. Anywho some of my big questions are did you install a computer chip device to adjust to air gas ratios when you changed the pipes? I love those pipes btw they also seem to be the most expensive ones out there and correct me have no baffles? The fenders and seat are blue collar bobbers as well? I need to Fix my seat as a main priority and I am missing the support bar that runs left to right it was shaved off is that very important would you happen to know etc.. Perhaps we can talk in person let me know if your willing. Lovely video still love hate relationship with the white walls I have them myself the original ones stilll look great after 2 hours of scrubbing them hah.
Beautiful bike, I have a similar c50 bobber, same pipes. I will have to get a video of it uploaded. I did not do the work, I bought it off the original owner who did it all... Where did you get the saddle bag, I like it and could use one..
What type/brand/model of saddle bag(s) do you have on there? Did you have to do any crazy mods to get it on or did it go on straight away? Sick ride btw!! Thanks.....
