I just downloaded this several days ago. Phenomenal violin sounds . . . easy to control. A must have if you require a solo violin. I give if 6 stars.

May i ask How do you change the vibrato with it?
I have a problem with Emotional Violin ( also Cello ): the pitch bend.......if I move the wheel up or down to its limit ( also on the keyboard of Kontakt ), I don't hear almost any change, maybe some 1/4 or 1/8 of a tone. And yes - I have the Pitch Bend Range control of the plugin set to the maximum, which should result in a whole tone up and down.....( my pitch bend wheel works fine with other instruments )...I was consulting this with the Best service support, they couldn't help and promised to forward the problem to the producer. Pity, I haven't heard about it anymore..😞 Could someone suggest any help................?

How does he get sustained chords?
I purchased Emotional Violin yesterday and have been playing with it.(Love the sounds.) However, I have noticed that notes repeat at almost random times when playing. For example after holding a note for a period of time (say 2/3 seconds) the note repeats as I hold the key down. I was playing the 'Slow and Passionate' patch and the note repeated within a second after I pressed the key. It is inconsistent in that it may repeat almost immediately or after a longer period of time depending upon what I am playing. I have never experienced this with other libraries. I don't want notes to repeat when I hold down a key. The samples appear to be re-triggering.
Not sure what this is.
This is an update to this post. I was watching the video above and at about 6:59 / 7:00 when the individual in the video plays a C natural at the end of the phrase, the note sounds twice and I do not believe that he struck the note again.

I was about to say sometimes Violin players have to re-bow after a long time. I'm no violinist. I just figured that's what that is, then I saw that Best Service already replied to that. It's actually more realistic than a single violinist bowing infinitely lol I mean there is but so much bow...
i have the same issue actually. every note has a double hit, shortly after the tone comes. its def. not the articulation "double attack". what´s that issue? thanks for help!
I'd really like to buy this. Very new to recording. Is it possible to edit the intonation of each individual note in a daw like cubase?
I'm not sure what you mean. Since it is a playable instrument, you can change any note in the piano roll at any time, or use keyswitches to change the articulation itself.
This is so good! Is it compatible with the ROLI Seaboard?
Sadly, Kontakt from Native is still not natively compatible with mpe (no pun intended). But you can do a "hack", by opening 16 instances of an instrument into one Kontakt and send them all to different midi channels - there you have your basic mpe setup ;)

Can you build small ensembles with the Emotional Violin/Cello?
There is no "native" ensemble function, but you can build them with several instances! Using the Timbre feature and mixing various bowings you can archive a very credible ensemble sound. But i would recommend using good-sounding real ensemble instruments (even without real-legato articulations) together with Emotional Violin/Cello to give them a realistic & focused sound ;)
