I wish they would be together but I had a feeling quiet early that Tyler was too good to be true. The way he always 'sacrificed' himself for Wednesday and never seems to care when she literally took advantages of him was VERY odd. His affection/love to her seems fake. It's so different compares to Enid's genuine love as a friend to Wednesday and/or Xavier's genuine attraction/love towards Wednesday. But I liked the idea of a true love for Wednesday so I brushed it off. I guess it's true (even in a drama series about the addams family) that if it seems to good to be true, it probably is.
It's like Wednesday's uncle falling in love with that beautiful woman that on outside looks perfectly normal but deep inside is a complete psycho. Morticia even sympathized with her reasoning for the murders lol. Addams family have a thing for psychos that look harmless on the surface.
I loved Tyler so much! He was like super cute and the date scene and this scene made me squeal!! But then when I saw Wednesday's flashback I was like "NOOO NOT HIM!!!!" Literally. I really hope that Tyler turns good so that they can be together. I didn't necessarily see as much chemistry with her and Xavier as I saw with Tyler.

Wednesday is a likeable psychopath herself. He's on that spectrum too: think about his confession at the jailhouse, being aware of his killing and being thrilled by the fear and panic in his victims. After she got pulled away from him because of the vision, he was so concerned and stressed for her that you could see the Hyde waking up behind his eyes. I see his extreme stress over her possible injury as foreshadowing for Season 2. If Tyler wakes up and sees Wednesday bleeding and there's blood on his hands, it'll probably cause him more psychological pain than learning about his mom. Hopefully then he'll be able to control his Hyde and turn on his master in order to defend Wednesday, his beloved 🖤
normally when i watch new shows, i always accidentally spoil myself but i am SO GLAD i somehow avoided spoilers while i was watching wednesday. when i saw this scene i literally paused and just sat there, haw on the floor in complete shock for like 5 mintues
I honestly don't think Tyler is evil. I got the impression he had been brainwashed and tortured by that cruel botanist. When you could see the innocent lad underneath he seemed caring and I believe he genuinely cared for Wednesday. I hope he returns in the second season and we see more of the real him. The hyde side of him was being manipulated and tortured into doing her bidding, but the real Tyler isn't like that. Just my opinion, not saying I'm right. This was such a well acted scene as well :)
also Tyler never hurted Wednesday even when he was a hyde....even when he was a hyde and was very close to her (remember the scene where he saw Wednesday through the door being an hyde )😭i want them together in season 2

I just want to remind everyone that Thing was the one who brought Wednesday and Tyler closer. He saw how heartbroken Wednesday was that it seemed like Tyler was just someone on her list, used his five finger discount to buy her the beautiful dress she was eyeing, typed the fake "genuine and sweet" note from Wednesday telling Tyler to come to the dance with her, dropped it in Tyler's tip jar, and made sure Tyler came as a surprise so Wednesday would have to listen to her black little heart and go to the dance with Tyler. He also had Enid tell Wednesday that Tyler was working the night shift to give Wednesday the opportunity to finish the moment that Tyler's dad and his team interrupted and Wednesday made the decision to visit Tyler and kiss him. Wednesday already introduced Tyler to Uncle Fester, who is her favorite family member. Tyler even got the zap-of-approval handshake from Uncle Fester, which made Wednesday smile happily. Tyler was shocked, but he quickly recovered and proceeded to sit close to Wednesday with his arm halfway around her in Uncle Fester's presence. Tyler also covered for Uncle Fester, and Wednesday was very grateful to him for that. It probably won him some points, because soon after, she agreed to go on a proper date with him. Also, remember when Tyler's dad released Gomez from jail. Tyler's dad begrudgingly told Gomez that Wednesday and Tyler were together. Gomez told him, "I pity any boy who gets caught in her viper's gaze, but he must be a good egg. She wouldn't tolerate anything less". Tyler's dad responded that Tyler, "has his mother to thank for that". Gomez (being all for his own wife), was so pleased with that answer that he shook Tyler's dad's hand. So, Thing, Uncle Fester, and Gomez already approve of Tyler. That's Wednesday's favorite companion and 2 family members, 2 more family members to go (of the ones we've seen) Tyler's dad told Tyler, "Steer clear of Wednesday Addams. She's the kind of girl who's gonna get you hurt. Believe me, I know the type." Tyler asked, "Is that supposed to be about mom? Of course not. That would require you to actually talk about her. Did you ever even love her?" and Tyler's dad answered, "More than you could ever know." Tyler's dad loved his wife, even though she was a Hyde. He hates Wednesday being with Tyler because he gets reminded of himself and his wife. He's afraid his son will end up dead like his wife, but what if there's a way to keep Tyler alive and Tyler can control his Hyde or make a deal with his Hyde, or maybe Wednesday can tame the Hyde so he and Wednesday can be together? All the books on Hydes were removed from Nevermore, except for the founder's diary, and he was killed by a Hyde before he could finish studying them, so it's a possibility
I do believe we will see a redemption arc, more closer to the final episode I think. Wednesday might learn more of the Hyde split personality from her mother, Morticia, since both her and Tyler's mom were on the fencing team. Tim Burton purposely showed their vehicles cross each other, with Wednesday looking eagerly and Tyler transforming. Also Gomez told the Sheriff, Wednesday would take nothing less. Even when Wednesday was not around, Tyler seemed to genuinely be excited to see her, so I do not believe it was all an act. As we can see from this scene, he even reaches out for her so she does not fall hard on the floor and looks very concerned.

Wednesday fell in love with Tyler, and if there's anything iconic about the Addams family, it's that they fall passionately in love with a psychopath who compliments their particular type of psychopathic personality. We can tell from her psychotic smile after she kisses Tyler that she's already falling passionately in love with him, a love that can't be pushed down so easily, let alone die, in fact, it's a love that somehow becomes more passionate the more obstacles and blood there are. Like someone said, Tyler couldn't get enough of kissing Wednesday, he catches her so desperately here, and Wednesday, when telling Xavier that she knows Tyler is the Hyde because she "saw it in a vision when he kissed me", mentions Tyler's kiss with no anger in her voice and with the camera switching to a close sideview where we can see her eyes soften for a few moments at the memory of Tyler's kiss🖤

@@deyliramirez382 The fact that Tim Burton had Tyler be a Hyde, and not just some random, psychotic serial killer, lets me to believe there will be a redemption for Tyler. The story of Dr. Jekyll/Hyde might also be further explored, whereas Wednesday might learn more through her Mother about Tyler's own mother. Tyler did not kill Enid nor Eugene, so there is room for Wednesday to forgive Tyler as the series progresses. With little information they have on the Hyde creature, much exploration can happen. Xavier had also warned Wednesday about how psychic abilities are not always as accurate and do not show the full picture, so I am curious about that. They also found each other randomly at the forest, and the two times Tyler grabbed her, one at the police station and one the forest. She did not once tried to defend herself, even though she did issue a warning, but she did not hit him.
@@kael3691 Yeah. Even Morticia told her that she can only see the bad part of the visions, while Morticia can only see the good part of the visions. Wednesday didn't see Tyler fall unconscious after Laurel was done with him for the moment. Based on the end of the last episode, he falls naked and unconscious, completely defenseless. It also seems like the Hyde is gaining consiousness and is starting to speak. He's "cold and distant. Like a different person" compared to the "good egg" that Tyler is. Hyde Tyler seems to see Wednesday as an adversary, but he didn't hit her or spit on her face, even though Laurel probably would have let him. He also didn't like it when she pointed out that he has to obey his Master, and he only slightly huffed and bumped into her to show his distate. Not liking being a slave is probably the only thing Tyler can agree with the Hyde because Tyler himself told her, "I can't be bought." And like you mentioned earlier, their vehicles crossed and she leans eagerly towards him. And now with Tyler being sent to kill her, there are more opportunities for Wednesday to see him unconscious and vulnerable. Exploration of the Hyde in Season 2 is critical (I think Tyler's dad will have the best info on Tyler's mother. Whatever made him still love his wife is what's making Wednesday continue to remember Tyler's kiss without anger, not lash out at him, and still lean towards him as their vehicles cross) and it seems to be where Tim Burton is headed
I think what people are missing is, she’s meant to have more chemistry with Tyler. With Xavier he reminded her, when they were together, of her parents and so pushed him away. Then with Tyler it was different and it was okay for her. Plus it’s a great plot twist.
Never have seen this show before (I really need to watch it), but somehow this reminds me of the second Addams family 90’s movie where Wednesday said her uncle’s fiancée, who was also a serial killer, did a sloppy job and that if she were to love someone, she’d scare him to death. So, seeing this scene and hearing her say, “of course the first boy I kissed would turn out to be a serial killer” while she’s running scared makes me think, “oh yeah, she’s gonna marry this guy.” I mean she’s an Addams. They dig lovers/family betraying or trying to kill them. Again, never seen the show, but if it’s on point of the characters of the Addams Family, then this isn’t Tyler breaking Wednesday’s heart, this is Tyler melting Wednesday’s heart and turning her on.

I really hope we see more of Tyler dealing with the Hyde, he needs to figure it out without being manipulated & controlled. Poor guy was troubled already, then Laurel got into his head, drugged him & now I don't think he knows who he is. I believe Wednesday did get to know the real Tyler at the start of the series. Yes he is dangerous & unpredictable but if he can redeem himself, learn to control it, perhaps with the help & acceptance from Wednesday & the Nevermore gang, then I actually think he & Wednesday would make a perfect couple. Her family would probably adore a killer monster as a son in law & Wednesday likes danger. I actually think a good future story could be Tyler realising it's a lonely life being a Hyde & Wednesday being the person who helps him control it, she could be the key to him having a normal life again & then he might start to feel something for her again because she's the only person who's given him a chance. Something will happen where Tyler turns things around & becomes an ally, I'm sure of it. Imagine Wednesday having both a Hyde & a Werewolf on her team.

Anyone else notice how that beautiful little tune that first plays when Tyler and Wednesday first meet returns when Tyler tells her "No charge, consider it a freebie. I was hoping I could come with you. At least one of us will get out of this hellhole town", tells her he'll come to her for their date, plays for a 4th time when Tyler melts away every reason for not being more than friends that Wednesday could think of and they almost kiss during their date, and plays again here, when Wednesday comes to finish the moment Tyler's Dad and his team interrupted and kiss Tyler (and yes, Wednesday comes to Tyler this time. Tyler and certainly not Laurel knew she was coming. How do I know that? Because it wasn't until Wednesday had Tyler chained & was telling him that his dad lived in dread never knowing if his wife passed her condition to Tyler that Ajax suddenly got a text from Enid saying Thornhill was getting suspicious), except here in Wednesday's First Kiss scene, the beautiful little tune continues and gets stronger, getting string instrument support. These clever screenwriters used this beautiful little tune written by Danny Elfman (the man known for his beautiful little tunes in Nightmare Before Christmas and Corpse Bride) to make us lean into Wednesday and Tyler getting closer, just like they leaned in to each other. Even the way Wednesday's steps toward Tyler matched the beat of the beautiful little tune at 0:44 (titled "First Kiss") and the way the tune continuing in the background turned her psychotic smile at kissing Tyler into a very cute romantic moment🎶🖤

Like when he's scared, defensive, threatened, or caught off guard. His eyes start to go Hyde. Once you notice the difference you see that he relaxes with Wednesday.
And here, he's scared FOR Wednesday because she suddenly got pulled away from him with a vision and that's how we can see the Hyde behind his eyes, since the Hyde responds to any event that severly shocks his system. We might see him getting scared for Wednesday's safety again in Season 2. Maybe he wakes up and sees her bleeding. It might be enough for him to turn on his new master
I love this scene, especially the way kiss and Wednesday even smiled. I think that was a nice feeling for Wednesday, after all it was her first kiss. And when you kiss someone for the first time and the kiss is good, that’s a nice feeling. I thought that was really cute 🥰 actually Wednesday and Tyler go well together ❤ ( my opinion)

Guys, come on. Tyler is a boy who doesn't get the proper attention from his father, he's without his mother, when he asks his father about his mother, his father is neglectful and doesn't want to talk about it. Then the little redhead saw that the way to manipulate Tyler was by using his mother, then it shows the Flashbacks of the little redhead approaching Tyler and showing him that his mother was a Hyde, she may have manipulated him in many ways, have spoken that the outcasts killed his mother, for him to get mad at the outcasts and help her, but he probably didn't want to help at first and so she kidnaps him, takes him to that cave and TORTURES him, we see him IN chains, then the little redhead appears with a syringe in her hand, I have the theory that that syringe must be some kind of drug that she gave to Tyler, or it could be that syringe that made him look bad. What makes me believe that Tyler is good, is that he was tortured, if he was really bad, the redhead wouldn't have to torture him, she probably did it to force him, another thing that makes me think he's good is that in the beginning he tried to flee the city with Wandinha, remember? I think he was trying to escape from the redhead and protect Wandinha, and remember when he tells Wandinha "at least one of us can leave Jericho" meaning that he was trapped there without being able to leave because of the redhead's control over him, but Wandinha could leave, he was already giving her tips and she didn't realize it, I think it was a way of asking for help, and there's also that scene in the police where he cries talking to her, I don't think it was acting, I think it was another way to ask for help

After she got pulled away from him because of the vision, he was so concerned and stressed for her that you could see the Hyde waking up behind his eyes. I see his extreme stress over her possible injury as foreshadowing for Season 2. If Tyler wakes up and sees Wednesday bleeding and there's blood on his hands, it'll probably cause him more psychological pain than learning about his mom. Hopefully then he'll be able to control his Hyde and turn on his master in order to defend Wednesday, his beloved 🖤

I honestly don't think Tyler is evil. I got the impression he had been brainwashed and tortured by that cruel botanist. When you could see the innocent lad underneath he seemed caring and I believe he genuinely cared for Wednesday. I hope he returns in the second season and we see more of the real him. The hyde side of him was being manipulated and tortured into doing her bidding, but the real Tyler isn't like that. Just my opinion, not saying I'm right. This was such a well acted scene as well :)

I just want to remind everyone that Thing was the one who brought Wednesday and Tyler closer. He saw how heartbroken Wednesday was that it seemed like Tyler was just someone on her list, used his five finger discount to buy her the beautiful dress she was eyeing, typed the fake "genuine and sweet" note from Wednesday telling Tyler to come to the dance with her, dropped it in Tyler's tip jar, and made sure Tyler came as a surprise so Wednesday would have to listen to her black little heart and go to the dance with Tyler. He also had Enid tell Wednesday that Tyler was working the night shift to give Wednesday the opportunity to finish the moment that Tyler's dad and his team interrupted and Wednesday made the decision to visit Tyler and kiss him.
Wednesday already introduced Tyler to Uncle Fester, who is her favorite family member. Tyler even got the zap-of-approval handshake from Uncle Fester, which made Wednesday smile happily. Tyler was shocked, but he quickly recovered and proceeded to sit close to Wednesday with his arm halfway around her in Uncle Fester's presence. Tyler also covered for Uncle Fester, and Wednesday was very grateful to him for that. It probably won him some points, because soon after, she agreed to go on a proper date with him.
Also, remember when Tyler's dad released Gomez from jail. Tyler's dad begrudgingly told Gomez that Wednesday and Tyler were together. Gomez told him, "I pity any boy who gets caught in her viper's gaze, but he must be a good egg. She wouldn't tolerate anything less". Tyler's dad responded that Tyler, "has his mother to thank for that". Gomez (being all for his own wife), was so pleased with that answer that he shook Tyler's dad's hand.
So, Thing, Uncle Fester, and Gomez already approve of Tyler. That's Wednesday's favorite companion and 2 family members, 2 more family members to go (of the ones we've seen)
Tyler's dad told Tyler, "Steer clear of Wednesday Addams. She's the kind of girl who's gonna get you hurt. Believe me, I know the type." Tyler asked, "Is that supposed to be about mom? Of course not. That would require you to actually talk about her. Did you ever even love her?" and Tyler's dad answered, "More than you could ever know." Tyler's dad loved his wife, even though she was a Hyde. He hates Wednesday being with Tyler because he gets reminded of himself and his wife. He's afraid his son will end up dead like his wife, but what if there's a way to keep Tyler alive and Tyler can control his Hyde or make a deal with his Hyde, or maybe Wednesday can tame the Hyde so he and Wednesday can be together? All the books on Hydes were removed from Nevermore, except for the founder's diary, and he was killed by a Hyde before he could finish studying them, so it's a possibility
I do believe we will see a redemption arc, more closer to the final episode I think. Wednesday might learn more of the Hyde split personality from her mother, Morticia, since both her and Tyler's mom were on the fencing team. Tim Burton purposely showed their vehicles cross each other, with Wednesday looking eagerly and Tyler transforming. Also Gomez told the Sheriff, Wednesday would take nothing less. Even when Wednesday was not around, Tyler seemed to genuinely be excited to see her, so I do not believe it was all an act. As we can see from this scene, he even reaches out for her so she does not fall hard on the floor and looks very concerned.
@@kael3691 So I'm not the only one who thought she's drawn by and can sense his presence even while he's passed out the way she snapped her head once the vehicles they were in crossed and that she leaned eagerly towards him!
Notice also the parallel, they are both being sent away in opposite directions for punishment, Tyler physcially tied up with guards assigned to ensure he gets locked away, and Wednesday confined to the Addams family car with Lurch in charge of keeping her in the car, the latest in Tyler's father's attempt to keep Tyler and Wednesday apart.

Now that they revealed that Tyler is the Hyde, yeah, it only makes sense to explore Tyler vs. The Hyde vs. The Master/Stalker and Tyler vs. The Hyde vs. Wednesday.
Wednesday fell in love with Tyler, and if there's anything iconic about the Addams family, it's that they fall passionately in love with a psychopath who compliments their particular type of psychopathic personality. We can tell from her psychotic smile after she kisses Tyler that she's already falling passionately in love with him, a love that can't be pushed down so easily, let alone die, in fact, it's a love that somehow becomes more passionate the more obstacles and blood there are.
Like someone said, Tyler couldn't get enough of kissing Wednesday, he catches her so desperately here, and Wednesday, when telling Xavier that she knows Tyler is the Hyde because she "saw it in a vision when he kissed me", mentions Tyler's kiss with no anger in her voice and with the camera switching to a close sideview where we can see her eyes soften for a few moments at the memory of Tyler's kiss🖤

If Gomez, an Addams and Wednesday's own father, says Tyler must be a good egg to be caught in Wednesday's viper gaze, that she wouldn't tolerate anything less, than he definitely is
@@deyliramirez382 The fact that Tim Burton had Tyler be a Hyde, and not just some random, psychotic serial killer, lets me to believe there will be a redemption for Tyler. The story of Dr. Jekyll/Hyde might also be further explored, whereas Wednesday might learn more through her Mother about Tyler's own mother. Tyler did not kill Enid nor Eugene, so there is room for Wednesday to forgive Tyler as the series progresses. With little information they have on the Hyde creature, much exploration can happen. Xavier had also warned Wednesday about how psychic abilities are not always as accurate and do not show the full picture, so I am curious about that. They also found each other randomly at the forest, and the two times Tyler grabbed her, one at the police station and one the forest. She did not once tried to defend herself, even though she did issue a warning, but she did not hit him.
@@kael3691 Yeah. Even Morticia told her that she can only see the bad part of the visions, while Morticia can only see the good part of the visions. Wednesday didn't see Tyler fall unconscious after Laurel was done with him for the moment. Based on the end of the last episode, he falls naked and unconscious, completely defenseless. It also seems like the Hyde is gaining consiousness and is starting to speak. He's "cold and distant. Like a different person" compared to the "good egg" that Tyler is. Hyde Tyler seems to see Wednesday as an adversary, but he didn't hit her or spit on her face, even though Laurel probably would have let him. He also didn't like it when she pointed out that he has to obey his Master, and he only slightly huffed and bumped into her to show his distate. Not liking being a slave is probably the only thing Tyler can agree with the Hyde because Tyler himself told her, "I can't be bought."
And like you mentioned earlier, their vehicles crossed and she leans eagerly towards him. And now with Tyler being sent to kill her, there are more opportunities for Wednesday to see him unconscious and vulnerable. Exploration of the Hyde in Season 2 is critical (I think Tyler's dad will have the best info on Tyler's mother. Whatever made him still love his wife is what's making Wednesday continue to remember Tyler's kiss without anger, not lash out at him, and still lean towards him as their vehicles cross) and it seems to be where Tim Burton is headed
I think what people are missing is, she’s meant to have more chemistry with Tyler. With Xavier he reminded her, when they were together, of her parents and so pushed him away. Then with Tyler it was different and it was okay for her. Plus it’s a great plot twist.

Never have seen this show before (I really need to watch it), but somehow this reminds me of the second Addams family 90’s movie where Wednesday said her uncle’s fiancée, who was also a serial killer, did a sloppy job and that if she were to love someone, she’d scare him to death. So, seeing this scene and hearing her say, “of course the first boy I kissed would turn out to be a serial killer” while she’s running scared makes me think, “oh yeah, she’s gonna marry this guy.” I mean she’s an Addams. They dig lovers/family betraying or trying to kill them.
Again, never seen the show, but if it’s on point of the characters of the Addams Family, then this isn’t Tyler breaking Wednesday’s heart, this is Tyler melting Wednesday’s heart and turning her on.

Yes he is dangerous & unpredictable but if he can redeem himself, learn to control it, perhaps with the help & acceptance from Wednesday & the Nevermore gang, then I actually think he & Wednesday would make a perfect couple. Her family would probably adore a killer monster as a son in law & Wednesday likes danger. I actually think a good future story could be Tyler realising it's a lonely life being a Hyde & Wednesday being the person who helps him control it, she could be the key to him having a normal life again & then he might start to feel something for her again because she's the only person who's given him a chance. Something will happen where Tyler turns things around & becomes an ally, I'm sure of it. Imagine Wednesday having both a Hyde & a Werewolf on her team.

Anyone else notice how that beautiful little tune that first plays when Tyler and Wednesday first meet returns when Tyler tells her "No charge, consider it a freebie. I was hoping I could come with you. At least one of us will get out of this hellhole town", tells her he'll come to her for their date, plays for a 4th time when Tyler melts away every reason for not being more than friends that Wednesday could think of and they almost kiss during their date, and plays again here, when Wednesday comes to finish the moment Tyler's Dad and his team interrupted and kiss Tyler (and yes, Wednesday comes to Tyler this time. Tyler and certainly not Laurel knew she was coming. How do I know that? Because it wasn't until Wednesday had Tyler chained & was telling him that his dad lived in dread never knowing if his wife passed her condition to Tyler that Ajax suddenly got a text from Enid saying Thornhill was getting suspicious), except here in Wednesday's First Kiss scene, the beautiful little tune continues and gets stronger, getting string instrument support.
These clever screenwriters used this beautiful little tune written by Danny Elfman (the man known for his beautiful little tunes in Nightmare Before Christmas and Corpse Bride) to make us lean into Wednesday and Tyler getting closer, just like they leaned in to each other. Even the way Wednesday's steps toward Tyler matched the beat of the beautiful little tune at 0:44 (titled "First Kiss") and the way the tune continuing in the background turned her psychotic smile at kissing Tyler into a very cute romantic moment🎶🖤

I hope until the police station was that Tyler wasn't in control. I hope they find a way to make them have a thing at some point. But I love how you can see the change in Tyler's eyes. Like when he's scared, defensive, threatened, or caught off guard. His eyes start to go Hyde. Once you notice the difference you see that he relaxes with Wednesday.
And here, he's scared FOR Wednesday because she suddenly got pulled away from him with a vision and that's how we can see the Hyde behind his eyes, since the Hyde responds to any event that severly shocks his system. We might see him getting scared for Wednesday's safety again in Season 2. Maybe he wakes up and sees her bleeding. It might be enough for him to turn on his new master

he wouldn’t even be a monster if laurel didn’t groom him and manipulate him into one. he’s not entirely at fault, he was scared and didn’t understand at first so she chained him to a wall?? i know he later said he enjoyed it but the hyde is obviously a different side to him, in ep 3 he’s in the bath and goes all the way under water and starts screaming so it seems to me he was truly struggling
@@lqvesongs being manipulated is a good explanation for his behavior but its doesn't excuse what he did. I think him murdering people isn't necessarily ship ending material though because its the addams family. Wednesday literally attempted to murder pugsley's bullies in episode 1, so they're perfect for each other

Guys, come on. Tyler is a boy who doesn't get the proper attention from his father, he's without his mother, when he asks his father about his mother, his father is neglectful and doesn't want to talk about it. Then the little redhead saw that the way to manipulate Tyler was by using his mother, then it shows the Flashbacks of the little redhead approaching Tyler and showing him that his mother was a Hyde, she may have manipulated him in many ways, have spoken that the outcasts killed his mother, for him to get mad at the outcasts and help her, but he probably didn't want to help at first and so she kidnaps him, takes him to that cave and TORTURES him, we see him IN chains, then the little redhead appears with a syringe in her hand, I have the theory that that syringe must be some kind of drug that she gave to Tyler, or it could be that syringe that made him look bad. What makes me believe that Tyler is good, is that he was tortured, if he was really bad, the redhead wouldn't have to torture him, she probably did it to force him, another thing that makes me think he's good is that in the beginning he tried to flee the city with Wandinha, remember? I think he was trying to escape from the redhead and protect Wandinha, and remember when he tells Wandinha "at least one of us can leave Jericho" meaning that he was trapped there without being able to leave because of the redhead's control over him, but Wandinha could leave, he was already giving her tips and she didn't realize it, I think it was a way of asking for help, and there's also that scene in the police where he cries talking to her, I don't think it was acting, I think it was another way to ask for help
I really hope Tyler come back as a good guy and use his Hyde for good

He was under my suspicion but seeing the cut on his chest threw me off his tracks as well, I love the twist in this show they did a great job
That cut was how I knew it was him, because it’s the oldest trick in the book. I knew instantly when they didn’t show him being attacked.
