Hi Paul, thanks for sharing with us another super cool pattern! I was wondering about how you made the lip cut in that lure (which I think is made out of resin). I just can't understand if you cut the slot previously and than you open that again when the bait is finished or if you do the entire cut after the epoxy clear coat...in that case it should be pretty hard, isn't it?

Hello im glad i can ask you about wood you use? I use willow wood from my local forest its werry strong and it flotes pretty good so if you have access to willow wood try to make lures whit it and i use poliuratan insted of epoxy works great and its cheaper then epoxy. Thanks for anwnser
No problem buddy. I've tried willow long time ago. It works,its true,but I think basswood or balsa have some pluses.

If you are asking about the blue tape,I don't know the brand but it's used by the electricians to isolate cables.

That one is 3M Aluminium foil used to isolate ducts.
