1. Don't use biscuit dough or it will taste like biscuits, and trim the top. It will make for a less doughy bomb and more excess dough for more bombs

just made pizza cupcakes the first time, they’re good but i have a few suggestions from experience
one: if you don’t like a lot of sauce on pizza like me, you will need a little more sauce than you think you will
two: even if you like thick crust pizza, if you make it too thick you can taste a lot of dough, like a lot...
three: use oregano and garlic on the dough!
four: sprinkle some cheese on top once cooked for added cheese

Lol you know nothing, most ppl that are lactose intolerant can eat hard cheese just fine as long as it have been matured for at least three months the bacteria that makes cheese taste... well... like cheese are feeding on/ break down the lactose over time( and after 3months the cheese is considered to have little to no lactose left ) dont mistake lactose intolerance and milk protein allergy. Im lactose intolerant And I love cheese And I eat like 1-2 kg every month( and I live alone ) but you can just use vegan cheese and problem solved.
