Maybe it's because I come from a family that homecooks a lot, but all of the recipes are super easy and simple. Most are under an hour. The only thing for me is the size. This is more like a midnight dinner for more than one person rather than a snack honestly.
Wouldn't i want something EASY for my late night snack, this is literally something I'll make make in morning and eat for the rest of the day

When I saw ''Late night snack'' I was expecting something I could do in the microwave with 2 or 3 ingredients, like a grill sandwich or a quesadilla.
Actually me to at the plus I don’t even know how to cook meal only basics 😂😂
I am lead to believe they have a big vat of garlic butter on stand by. As tasty as these recipes are - its too much for work late night. LOL I suppose if one made them ahead of time then it would live up to its name lol.
Stores also sell it too. You can also mixed garlic seasoning with soften butter.
Its funny because I actually do have a bing tub of garlic butter on stand by 😂

I always do that, cause I don't wanna bake bread and make a restaurant meal at 4 am when mom's sleeping in the room

I think the beauty of the midnight snack is that is either so simple to make or is just already made for you as a quick snack
A normal person's evening snack: cereal, biscuits, instant noodles
The recipe guy: pizza churros, meat pastry, hamburger
Ingredients for all of these recipes :
Garlic Bread CHips With Bacon Cheese Dip
- Bread, one sliced loaf
- 3/4 cup of garlic butter
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1 3/4 cup of sour cream
- 2 cups of cheddar (grated) + 1/2 cup for top layer
- 1 cup of crispy bacon
- 1/4 cup of spring onion and a little for decor
Pizza Churros
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tsp of salt, pepper, oregano, garlic and onion powder
- 1/2 tsp of basil
- 1 1/4 cup of plain flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of mozarella

Personally I think late night snacks should not require the oven but they all look delicious
I just use these "late night snack" recipes for Game Day or binge-watching snacks!
You want me to walk to the kitchen to turn on the oven and start cooking?!
One: the missing things in the fridge will not be found ever
Two: just walking up the hall one crack and she’s wide awake you know who no one dares to utter her name

We need more people who know the real meaning of a late night snack to make videos about it 😂. FR tho, these snacks look scrumptious, but don't expect me to wake up, at 2am, starving, to spent half the time cooking a whole meal just to spent the rest of the night cleaning the dishes 😅. I mean after getting all those pots and pans out, freeze this, bake that, figure out how to work the oven to cook it, you might as well feed the whole family and neighbors, who'll be up by now, while you're at it. Maybe they won't be mad at you as much for waking them up 😂. Those snacks do look real good, i might actually try some of them, but definitely not in the middle of the night 😅😂
