I don’t care what anyone says….. the fact the Ange always phrases his dialogue as We and our football club means so much to me a 50+ year fan …. I believe he is genuinely Spurs and will be exactly that for the time he is at the club

I respect and hear what Ange says, and as far as it goes, I agree you have to start somewhere and build from there.
The problem I have with Ange is that I cant back him just for continuities sake, because I see his foundation as flawed.
Football is played with myriad moving parts and tactics. Ange's way only covers one aspect and ignores how oppositions might respond.
As in anything you have to play to your strengths, or mould what strengths you have into a cohesive unit that everyone involved can understand. All I see with Ange's system is a charge of the 'light brigade', which unfortunately with our resources will not be improved.
We go into battle each match day with what stragglers have survived and tell them to charge again, despite what physical and mental scars they have suffered. And they know each time they are being thrown to the wolves, unless by some miracle, on this day it works.
Ange's foundations don't include all aspects of what is required to build on a sound basis for the future. Any future manager would have to start building a team with due diligence to all of its parts and their respective roles within the whole anyway.
So I don't see the point of wasting time and precious resources with continuing a process, that will demand so much, and as we have seen during the past 15 to 20 games, delivered so little.
Most of our players have got a lot of talent; They just need a good General who can see the bigger picture, to motivate them as a team to play at their best. COYS.

Absolute nonsense. A superficial analysis to say the least.

Load of crap. He is building a culture. He doesn't need to communicate every little tactic to the press. His message is simple we play and we don't stop playing. Tweeks can happen within this. He said 2 we is ago that he doesn't care about set pieces, but we switched to Porro keeping a guy from bugging big Vic. To change a culture you keep a simple overall message, and on the training ground do what is required. He tactics will evolve over time. He looks far better than arteta did. Leave him alone and support the club instead of calling for constant change because his tactics don't meet you amateur understanding.

I totally understand a lot what you are saying and why. Its not absolute nonsense. Next year we'll get to see if Ange's vision is working or as flawed as you indicate. I'm on the fence as I cannot tally up what has happened the last couple of months. From Anges own mouth he is building mentality for a title challenge next season.

It was a fair comment and not a load of crap. I'm sick of people believing Ange is a Messiah and beyond reproach. We will see what happens next season!🤔@@marknevin3017

As someone who watched Bill Nicholson build a champion side I see Ange doing a great job.
