- I already have part 2 made, as well as a to. Of other edits to post,so don’t be surprised if I go from “RarelyPostsIfEver” to “Posts a lot for a short period of time and then goes back to my little void of never posting-ness.”
Anyways, I’ll probably make a lot more what if concepts, but, this is the first! Like I said, part two is already made, so should I post it? I really want to, but idk if anyone will even watch this, or part 2. We’ll just have to see.
I can promise I’ll be making more edits and posting them in the future.
Also, off topic, but I have a TikTok now! It’s “Hyphurr”! I also plan on changing my username on here to “Hyphurr.RarelyPostsIfEver” or something similiar.

Congratulations, you wrote a better ending than Dean. This would actually be heartbreaking and bittersweet instead of rage inducing and frustrating like the ending scene we got.

ok I probably woulda freaked out if this is what they did in the movies BUT I do think it would've been better to have the light fury trust hiccup and the rest of Berk and stick around, instead of all the dragons leaving
@@Moseka43I do genuinely believe that the dragons leaving was the only answer give the circumstances of the story, personally. Even if it is completely heartbreaking.

I LOVE it when Toothless dies and or there are serious dire consequences to their actions/lack thereof.
Too bad he died a miserable premature death offscreen. Crippled dragons don't last long in the wild (that tail absolutely broke regardless of cartoon magical physics and Dean confirmed that Hiccup never goes back for him after the meeting on the ship).
Character integrity redemption, arc completion, and closure would have been nice.

The first part was directed at you and was intended to be complimentary.
The second section, below the double space, was merely an observation of what happened the final film and my contempt surrounding the poor handling of such an important character and subject matter.

And, I agree! The ending of HTTYD 3, as well as a lot of HTTYD 3, felt half-baked and barely thought through. It felt like they where just throwing toothless away, leaving him to die. I don’t think I could’ve phrased it better than you did.

Incredibly beautiful film with great ideas...just poorly executed.
Toothless deserved better and if dying was his path, great.
I just wish that they had let there be some closure and that they gave him some dignity in his death.
