Great place Jomtien. Much less noisy and confusing than pattaya. I find it interesting that you show us the map for each hotel/guest house. You will also describe the links to search for hotels in your video?

Surprised that Sarita didn't make on to your list as I stayed there in high season (Jan to Mar) for 600b per day although that was because I stayed there long term almost 3 months, I found both the facilities and staff to be wonderful and look forward to staying there again at the right price.😇
The price of Sarita is just over 700 baht as I find that's why I didn't add it in the video.

When is low season and when is high season? What would be the approx prices during high season? Thanks
May to October can be considered as low season. Hotel prices for some hotels would be down %30-50 max.

If you are not planning to lay on the beach, rain won't be important. Most of the days, the weather is cloudy but not raining all day.
