@@sohiyyi the woman is his wife I believe. Dancing bacons is a dude
And a bigger spoon if he's going to eat all these food
I am Indian and I live in the city of vada pav (Mumbai) and even I have not seen all these foods in packaged form. Well done Singapore! Seeing the world enjoying the food of my country makes me so happy ❤
These are common in the supermarkets. You can find these items there.
Go to the nearest supermarket you dumb.
Ready to eat food are not that much sold in india so these companies cater to other other that's why some of these you will almost never find in india
@@timserious7678 Yes not everywhere but in developed cities.
You can easily find these items in Noida.
Apne Roz fresh pakane wale hai bhai,,,ye sb nhi hota hai
I really appreciate that DancingBacons never says anything rude or mean about the various items he tries. The most he’s said is “well, that’s just not for me” or “the price is too high for what you get”, which is completely understandable. It makes watching his videos relaxing and fun, especially when his friend accompanies him on his search for new foods. She’s amazing too.
I really like the fact that dancing bacons just doesn't say anything and just puts subtitles :). Adds it's own flavor of ASMR
Her reaction is too funny also😂
They are both ladies, though. ;)

Apparently it found it’s way to the US too because my grandmother had a fridge full of that shit claiming it would lower her blood pressure and cure her asthma.
As an Indian myself, i've literally never even seen these food items before... now I wanna try them too!!
They are available in Supermarkets, but they don't taste good so I guess no body buys them
But if you try them in India you'll be super happy ❤

I gotta say, Indians and Ethiopians do wonderful things with vegetables--I definitely do not mind eating my veg at an Indian or Ethiopian restaurant. Those two cuisines other than Asian in general are my two favorite things to eat in the world other than the most perfect food ever created, which is of course pizza.
Nearly 40% of indians are vegetarian...the % was much higher maybe some 50 years ago...
Majority of Indians are actually predominantly non vegetarians. The majority of (North) Indian cuisine is just chicken/mutton dishes where the meat is replaced with Cottage Cheese. South Indian Vegetarian cuisine is actually good.
@@HamzaAgha-ku8zr Majority of Indians are non vegetarian, but in most households meat and fish are eaten occasionally. Egg is more common though.
@@HamzaAgha-ku8zr You got it reverse lol. those are original vegetarian dishes. You must be stupid to call Paneer dishes as unoriginal. Also North India with states like Punjab, Rajasthan , Gujarat, Himachal have over 50% vegetarians. and Paneer dishes are as ancient as lamb dishes
@@gsa7162wrong statistics it's 27%
So impressed with how food is packed, a napkin and a spoon in the rice, not to mention the fact that it was full of rice, in a Rice a Roni one you would get maybe a inch or 2 of rice at the bottom
Indian Convenience Food, Wet Monsoon Edition
As an Indian, seeing you add water in Rajbhog gave me a mini heart attack😅. Try avoiding water next time, it lessens the flavourful taste of the rasgulla.
So relaxing as always! Especially with the rain. Thanx for all you do! ❤
Please continue to make these great trips for us all! I really enjoyed this! Thanks so much!
Dude literally added water to RajBhog.
You can add a cup of water in the microwave, it prevents foods from drying out too much. Amazing video as always!😁 4:11
I am from India, I think your should once try Indian restaurant or if possible the Indian Street food.
Definitely
Yes 😁
Those foods will give the heavenly taste 😜
I used to go to the Indian restaurant
The food was so heavenly
Yes yes yes yes
Indian street food would pretty much make the westerners go damn crazy because of hygiene
Hey! Love from India 🇮🇳. I really appreciate your review and very grateful to have Indian food.
11:00 I can confirm that plant based 'meat' is pretty pricey here in America too
especially the good stuff like Beyond Meat and Impossible Burgers, probably because it's still a relatively new thing and they've yet to find cheaper and more efficient ways to manufacture it
Same here. I think you are correct, those vegan meat products are pretty new and are quite expensive because only a few companies make them. I like them well enough, but I try to avoid plant-based products masquerading as meat because of the cost, but I’ll splurge if we have a cookout or something. I still prefer to cook dishes that have always been meatless (I’m not a vegan), so I do make a lot of Indian food. I am lucky to have several Indian/Nepalese markets near me, but they don’t have the variety of convenience food like DancingBacons shows here. I’d love to try some.
lets not forget the ingredients used to make them, some of those can be harmful to your health. Also, never trust a lunchable, even at your school lunch, ok?
Many of the local grocery stores here stopped selling it as the demand was low, probably due to the price.
@@manhducdinh7606 this is fear mongering unless you have specific ingredient or brand callouts… it is true these plant-based imitation meats tend to be higher in fats, and tend to be soy-based (which is of course dangerous to people with soy allergies), but to make a blanket statement like this accusing plant based food of being bad for your health isn’t really accurate…
True. I still love Boca burgers though.
Love the rain! Sounds beautiful. Thanks for everything ❤
The sound of rain in the background is so satisfying and healing ☔
I appreciate your videos! Would like to expect more Indian Foods from you
Woke up with a hangover. This is just soothing to me. Thanks Bacons!

Thanks for trying Indian foods! I hope you upload more Indian food videos in future love from india!🇮🇳
I think that’s how mutton usually is for biryani. The places I’ve had it, it’s so tender it just falls apart. Very nice consistency with the rice
That's some delicious meal 😋
I love learning about foreign foods and treats! That last one really has me curious, I wonder where I could get it...
indian's food got place in my heart❤
Eating some warm foods during the rainy day was more comfortable.
Greetings from Batam Island, Indonesia. We also got rain here🏝️🏙️
Might be some of the tastiest looking convenience food you’ve tried. That microwave meal especially. I love Cafe Spice’s microwave curry and rice meals, as well as the Trader Joe’s Indian dishes, but that looks even tastier.
Finally after a long time a video on Indian food 😁
Indian convenience food is so good. I've been getting butter chicken in a can and having it with basmati rice lately... a meal ready in just a few minutes.
A luxurious meal too
I love watching you cooking the food and eating them😊
i was waiting soo eagerly that you make another video on Indian foods. Thankyou so much 💕
Your convenience foods series is always awesome
Indian foods are best when they are served freshly made. You can try dry foods like dhokla and papad in packaged condition, but curries and naans and rice should be served and eaten freshly cooked.
This is the type of video I was craving for 🙌
Your convenience foods series is just awesome ❤
Nothing beats having a hot and spicy Indian dish while enjoying the rain
Seeing tamil பால் அல்வா written there!! Woah!!!! 😮❤
Nice one. That Maharaja Thali looks nice, and you heated everything properly to enjoy it.
This looks really well packed. But most Indians wouldn't even consider eating packed /frozen food unless for survival
love the rain in the background, so relaxing with the video
Love your videos dancingbacons and you makes my day better ❤❤
Nice to see some plant based meals, although the price can be annoying sometimes
I just fell in love with your balcony and it's view
Thanks for bringing back the shopping part!
So many tasty Vegetarian food 😋😋
I wasn't at all surprised that you said you couldn't finish the Halwa. My experience with Indian sweets taught me that they are very rich and very sweet, far too sweet for my taste, and yet, I have a sweet tooth.
Not all - some are definitely too sweet
Well in India there are 1000 different variety of sweets. Not all are sweet. Most have a very low sweet rate because mostly many Indian don't have excessive sweet taste rather prefer the other side.
Depends on the sweet and region, really. If u r worried about the sugar content, try sweets made from jaggery: unprocessed cane sugar and white sugar's somewhat "healthier" avatar. That said, moderation is the key when consuming any kind of sweet.
Coz they’re supposed to be eaten in very tiny portions and very occasionally like on celebrations & festival. Like just one piece per person. Sugar isn’t a regular part of diet. Like, if you’re eating something sweet, people will ask you what’s the occasion, what are we celebrating
There are Indian sweets that aren't very sweet like Rasgulla, or Gulab jamun, something like Kaju katli isn't as sweet as other two but one the best Indian sweet
The background weather is soo cozy and beautiful very calming environment

Hi there just a small tip for the amla ( Indian Goose berry ) your supposed to mix it with water till it's sweet enough for your taste and it is also used to beat the heat. Love your channel ❤
It’s not Amla juice.. it’s shehtoot.. Mulberry. Amla is gooseberry.
next time you get Halwa, just add some warm milk and mix it well, add sugar according to the need.
tastes really good.
The rain is so soothing 😊
just got off a longer shift, pleasant evening video to go with dinner :)
These food items can't compete with the actual fresh one trust me it will be the 100× more testier
Wow, and my wife says I microwave stuff too long... I need to show her one of your vids 😂
thanks for it 😍😍 love from india
Plant based foods are very high priced here in the U.S. Most times we are surprised at the cost. It appears to be a lucrative business.
Small farms are going bye bye along with gov subsidizing crops over others so the farmer goes with what makes money. Sad really...so we get cheap corn lettuce and tomatoes. Fun for burgers
Sad for real food
Grow what you can, support local small farms
@@brianlawlThey are referring to the meat substitutes, not fresh produce. In the US, there’s a decent demand for plant-based meat substitutes, plus they are relatively new, so their prices are really high. Same with plant-based cheese. I agree that there are far cheaper options as a vegetarian, like lentils and beans. But if you are going to a picnic or cookout, it is nice to bring plant based burgers or vegan hot dogs. It is nice to have convenience foods on occasion for those days when you are too tired to make a curry.
My mom would feed my brothers and I spoon of chilled noni juice whenever we catch the flu or coughing fit, so delicious though that I would sneak a few spoon without my mom knowing but the stuff so expensive, kinda want noni juicee😊

Plant based stuff is expensive here too, but send over that "mutton" samosa and biriyani, those look awesome
this man got some serious patience
I live in India but I have never been to a convince store where we get lndian packaged food ,majority of the Indians go and eat it fresh from a restaurant or Dhaba which is kind of a local restaurant in India
Plant based 'meats' here are insanely expensive. It's almost $10-$12 just for 4 links of sausage...where if you get the actual beef ones from Johnsonville you get 6 links of 'em for $4. But I do got to say, the plant based wonton wrappers, eggroll wrappers, and things like that are AMAZING! They are so tender when cooked for pot stickers, eggrolls, or dumplings. So tasty!
Why eat plant based meats when theres an entire world of just vegetarian dishes that taste infinitely better
@@tilakgupta9293 That may be true, but that's just as pricey. You either make it yourself or well travel to a place that has it. And even in the end that might be cheaper...haha!
Thwe background looks so calming ❤
