Never done that teicep exercise before. I will add that to my arsenal on Sunday. Love have a arm day. I add shoulders on arm day sometimes and think i still do these because i had skinny arms. Cut but skinny. People i worked out on and off most of my life but didn't get good gains until i stepped up and learned in my 30s. Im 41 now and love the way i look. Listen to this guy. And Jeff Cavaliere of course 😂

Keep the great training coming Paul!! 💪

  • @KommentareSchreibenSinnlos

Try pressing the barbell from your neck on the multi-press (with the training bench set flat and sitting on it) (it's best to attach a pad to the barbell so that the neck is protected from contact when the barbell comes down) as if you were doing shoulder presses.
This is extremely hard for the biceps, like hammer curls.
And if you look at the hand position, it's the same as with hammer curls.
By the way: When you doing pull-ups (okay, this is not a push exercise. But the Biceps in this "hammercurls" position is also in tension with this exercise/with the regula pull-ups.), the hand position is the same as for hammer curls.
Ironically, your biceps are more stressed than your shoulders in this exercise with the multi-press.
    This just as Tip ;-)

I disagree with the over head tricep extension should drop the handle below shoulder height more tension before you even start low to high is much better😎

I go as slow as possible with the negative on each rep.
It dramatically reduces the number & I go to failure, but the gains are well worth it.

You can also do forearm curls with a dumbbell. I guess I have good genetics in calves and forearms because I barely do anything to them and they seem big. But the rest of me isn't as big as the guy in the video. lol Calves are 15 inches and I barely work them. Forearms are 12 and a quarter inches. Not sure if that's big or not. I am average size and weight. Also I am over 50.

i can do 40lbs standard bicep curl
and i can only do 15lbs with hammer
im not sure what i did to my forarms/biceps but the pain is pretty severe when i hold anything in a neutral position
its now been almost a year since i havent been able to do hammer curls without severe pain (despite taking time off multiple times throughout the year)

The amount of Ego that you "LOSE" while lifting for arms will immediately make you "GAIN" muscle mass. Be deliberate and focused.
