      Thanks bro, I sometimes worry as bodybuilding is following a routine and think folk are kinda seeing the same stuff. But I do try and progress my strength and improve my physique. Means a lot you commenting 💪

      I just did skulls for the first time at the angel as my left elbow is a trouble maker. I liked it and less pain. I’ll keep it in 💪

    I like the long curl bar. I’m thinking about buying a piece similar to your lever press but it doesn’t have the extension cable on the back. I have that in my rack already. Is the shoulder and chest press pretty smooth with that piece?

      Hey, you did a solid workout on your channel. The powertec is as smooth as it gets and it’s good to press on. I like it best on the incline and shoulder press. I can’t flat press on it as the angle just doesn’t suit me and I keep sliding out the machine.
