to be fair, zylus could have not activated it yet, so rythian's logic wasn't ENTIRELY wrong. i agree tho, just shooting him once would be the correct play there

I really hope that every couple of episodes they change the roles and it would show at the start what pack their using i think it'd be a really cool concept
That's the idea! There's like 60 roles on the server and they'll cycle out which ones are active from session to session

definitely a fan of the different role packs for each episode! creates a unique combo for each recording session, plus you can put in roles that are too glitchy to normally be in the game

The role pack idea akin to Town of Salem is a good idea, though the lack of brown roles makes me wonder if the days of Mad Scientist and Drunk are over?

@@jackritkhovitolkij8618 from what I understood, each type of detective has their own pool of roles - so I'm sure those will show up eventually
But what about the Mud Scientist? They should bring back that one!
Yeah they go into this in the latest Members BTS video. The idea is to rotate between different packs, so some of those other roles will come back in. They want to try and choose roles which synergise (both gameplay and entertainment) rather than try and remember/teach the 60 potential roles to both players and viewers each session.

I really like how the Editors displayed the "Pack". It also gives me the same feel as "Scripts" from Blood of the Clocktower (since I don't know anything about Werewolf or the Werewolf-likes, and if they have similar), and I think that's really cool, and will keep each individual episode interesting!
One of the main devs of custom roles for ttt is a big Blood on the Clocktower fan, so it might be intentional

Thanks for this content yogs! The detective packs sound like a good way to give some more structure to the vids and to the games and get the guys to really focus on what's going on, I noticed especially these new roles add a lot of playing around with others in active gameplay and engaging in some fun blaming and accusing. Feels great!

I feel the Death Note might pair up nicely with the random messages in chat randomat (particularily if tweeked a little). Though I am a bit worried about the one role detective and guesser combination. Unless the guesser can't guess detective roles in this setup.

If the Faker can buy traitor items, has to use them very obviously, and doesn’t want to be killed, aren’t they just a Traitor that does no damage? It feels like it would be frustrating to do all the same work for no reward since you can’t defend yourself
Considering people get killed just for holding a item that looks weird.. And jesters getting killed for "missing" with traitor weapons. Think the role will be fine, user error if not.
I feel like the Faker needs to solo win if they survive until the end after activating their win condition. Otherwise, there's not really any incentive to not simply say "I'm a Faker; see? No damage." other than it being lame to do so. Like, the Innocents don't really have any reason to hunt down the Faker. If the Faker won outright, then there's reason to hunt them down.
@@EpyonRules They showed in a previous episode that the Faker drops loot when killed by the Innocents, so there is an incentive to killing a Faker

Anyone else, in this video especially, have that dizzy feeling that comes with motion sickness? The previous episode of TTT was fine (the first one on their new server) but this one was wild on me, had to watch through one eye and even then I still feel odd.
