It’s crazy how prices of single cards have dropped so much yet Panini still feels the need to charge $3k+ for just one of these boxes, even if you are just ripping for fun you at least want to feel like you get more than half your investment back.
It’s the collectors that set the prices sadly there a a small amount of really rich investors that set this high ass prices
But I don’t sell cards so I love these because of the cards
@@benhartart9487 Nah its not reall the few whales that are setting the ripoff prices. Its more so all the breakers that are buying them out from Panini's distributors
@@jasonlwhitestone Breakers wouldnt be buying them up in mass if people werent buying into breaks consistently. So while breakers are a big reason...it still is because of consumers that will buy those spots that cost 1k+ even semi consistently. Now I follow soccer more but there is a guy that buys Juventus in Immaculate cases (about 150 of them) every single time. The spot costs 700 bucks. That is just that poduct. We call him the Yu Bot. (His name is Yu )

Man that product is rough. The chase young saved ya. Otherwise there’s not even one box worth of stuff out of all 4 boxes combined.
Tua RPA will go to the price of at least 1 box come week 3.

@@james-hb5tu well...huge risk nets massive rewards. I'm a normal working stiff. I don't think I could afford a spot in a case break much less an entire case to myself. I mean I could...but I'd end up in divorce court when my wife saw the CC statement. :-)
@@james-hb5tu I wonder if they're gonna bust FOTL NT for the channel. I would hope Louisville Sports Cards could get it for cheaper. I know that for example, wholesale, for a full case of Prizm football (12 boxes of hobby) was 1475 which comes out to 122.91 per box. Wonder if shops and breakers that get the best deals from Panini Wholesale get them for like 2k. Curious.
Just wait till the nfl starts back up and Herbert and burrow and tua are playing, even wrs and defensive second year players are playing. Prices are gonna go up when people see how good they are and want to invest in them

It;'s strange when you hit rookie phenoms like Jefferson and Chase Young and not that big of a pop. It's almost like Herbert, Burrow and maybe Tua or bust.
True...the Jags for 2020 are fire tho. Laviska is gonna explode imo and Robin's is a beast. And Tua has entered the realm of "it's cool but it's not Burrow, Herby or Hurts".
Only a Herbie RPA is really a boom. Even Burrow's prices have gone down a ton during this market crash. All other rookie hits give you back a fraction of the cost
Yeah that CHase Young was a huge hit. Especially compared to the rest of it.
Its like that every year unless you only recently got into cards and don't know, top pick rookie QB or bust. Skill position players are ok and defensive guys are just cheap. Chase Young is an outlier.

Mims will be an all star 3 years from now for a decade straight! I've followed him closely. His lack of productivity last year was injury and him being eased into the NFL. I'm loading up on Mims cards and Zach Wilson. They didn't want to burn Mims out as a rookie or extend his minor injuries

I bought a box of this the last year Donruss owned it (2008) and paid $250 for a box. I pulled a 1 of 1 Ben Rothenburger auto card and a sick rookie card patch from a Kansas City rookie lineman who had 3 good years then fizzled out….I can’t remember his name now!
