To be fair that's not good defense for the fastest guy in the league to let an aging Westbrook to get ahead of him. Fox played him on his side not in front of him.
not really they just have to move there feet better and avoid using there hands gambling for steals, all by being in the correct defensive position
It’s crazy that nobody never said that about the nfl and the way corners have to defend receivers. They have some of the best footwork and their main role is staying with their receiver without touching him. Defense now in the nba is more team oriented, so get used to switching and being switched off your man.

1 thing is for certain, those are 2 of the worst announcers I think I've ever listened to. Have zero issue with ticky tack fouls when they go the Kings way but but make far too much of an issue when the same goes against the Lakers. They actually made a really good game unbearable to listen to.. That being said this was a good win for the Lakers and it's really nice to see Bryant shine out there.. Referees suck in this game. The light contact should not have been called against Fox, not especially in a close game like that. Also notice, the whistle was very late which mean it was the second contact they called against him. However, in the replay there is no 2nd contact.

Fox wanted them to call a foul on essentially a half court heave when the contact was on the follow through. He had already released the ball and was coming back down when Russ touched his arm. Then gonna complain on Twitter like he didn’t shoot 14 free throws, like the kings didn’t shoot more free throws in general, and like Bron didn’t catch a whole forearm to the head and didn’t get a foul.
