I've always called it 'dray-co' as well. The anime does it too.
The game isn't always correct. For almost all pronounciations we can expect it to be correct, but Arceus is one of the interesting ones. the 'c' is pronounced as a 'k', but the game does it as an 's'. It used to be an 's' sound, but it was changed to 'k' due to the name sounding like British slang.
