@@NautiGuys I was just thinking the other day -- on the one hand, Alexei seems genuinely friendly and happy to appear on camera, being extraordinarily generous with his time, to make the channel more interesting and in-depth about the boat you guys are building. At the same time it's marketing genius, and now thousands of people who might otherwise never heard of Bering are dreaming about getting one. It might be beyond the means of 99.9% of your subscribers, but even if we just count the subs from this channel that's about 80 people who might now be seriously considering an order. And for this kind of operation, that's a lot.
@@the-chillian Here's an idea: a bunch of us get together and share one!
@@edwardantrobusjr2253 Well lets see. There's 52 weeks in a year so we get 52 people to chip in. Divide that into $9 million and that's $175,000 we each have to pay to have this yacht for one week out of the year. Add crew, fuel, and other costs... what do you think, sounds like a good deal? Chartering a yacht like this is probably $40 to $60 thousand a week. This is why people charter.

Word of mouth is the most persuasive of marketing. Your excitement is contagious and your videos allow us to participate virtually in your purchase. The in-depth interview takes us beyond the marble and glitz and teaches us why sound is lower, vibration reduced, comfort enhanced and safety prioritized. You may not be a sales representative but your documented purchase is likely to drive Bering sales.
@@NautiGuys You, Rico and Alexei do a lovely job at marketing the product. For the most part we feel if the camera(s) were off, the chats would be pretty much the same. That is what we are buying into. It is so natural..... It is like we are all there with you.
If I had the money, I would definately buy a Bering yacht! You are making such a good AD for them with those videos. They are extremely well built and I'm very confident you'll never regret your choice with this new semi-custom yacht. Can't wait to see more progress of the construction!

According to Alexei's interview with David, comfort comes from safety. And when you think about it, that is totally true. You can't be comfortable until you know you are safe. Then you cancel out as much NVH as possible and there you go. Comfort. Smooth flow.
What is NVH?

"Noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH), , is the study and modification of the noise and vibration characteristics of vehicles such as cars, trucks, aircraft and marine passenger craft. While noise and vibration can be readily measured, harshness is a subjective quality and is measured either via jury evaluations or with analytical tools that can provide results reflecting human subjective impressions. The latter tools belong to the field of psychoacoustics."

So interesting to follow this build. So much to learn.
I recently saw a newer prop design and didn’t know how big they made it, or if it were something applicable to your boat. It is a Sharrow Propeller. It claims improved efficiency, range, load capability, faster speeds, and reduced emissions to name a few.
Saw that one, very interesting. Our equipment has been ordered already
Yes, that is an EXTREMELY interesting design. If I had ordered a conventional propeller, I'd put it on the 'used' market and order a Sharrow.

I love the beauty, design and construction of Bering Yachts. I just watched a monohull sailboat bouncing in 50 knot winds and rough sea states. I would love to see a Bering Yacht in similar conditions.

This is amazing. The practice to exceed standards is amazing. You can add longevity to this as you build amazing vessels. Just sound and vibration reduction is not just making it comfort but less issues with wear and tear.

Amazing as always between the three of you. The nice thing about Alexi is that he is educating you vs selling you. With out a doubt if I were making a purchase on a new boat build decision Bering, Alexi and his team would be at the top of my list. Its just exciting to realize that he is not just a boat builder but someone who is generally interested in the entire process, mother nature, ship yard and client and how they are all related. 💗💗💗
