    I will say that this recipe he has come up with is rockin. Especially cooking the crumble independent of the rhubarb/strawberry. Fantastic!!!! I will cook the crumble discs and freeze them. A whole menagerie of crumbles can be made with fresh fruit and top it with a disc. Genius.

    Thank-you Chef. We are having Rhubarb and Custard for a treat. My Grandma use to grow Rhubarb in her garden. Love it, it's very good for you. I love a good Crumble too. We have a sweet tooth so we like our deserts. Have a good day. Bon Appetito

    Marco White says in his biography that Raymond is extremely clumsy at times, but a really nice fellow, and I guess he was right. And his English hasn't improved a great deal ever since.

    Why does he have clay pots over his rhubarb? It is stunting the growth. Hasn't he heard about a rhubarb patch? Leaves should be full and great. Rhubarb should be a dark red.

    Someone should tell tubby in the back that its ok to be passionate and excited about cooking and that he should smile a little. If he did, he might finish picking his grapes a lot faster.
