One of the first rules at our latitude is that heavy workers MUST work with professional and closed by strings shoes!!!!!!!!! It is very simple to understand!!!!
They do stop the conveyor belt now and then when they are switching trucks, it is not always seen in screen. Also, they don't always dump the cargo directly in to trucks, sometimes they dump it into giant piles where tractors load it into trucks.
I don’t understand the little short dude pulling boards while tall & husky stacks them. That little guy isn’t tall or strong enough to get the board put of the aggregate flow.
@@franklinbrooks9506 There is a cable attached to the end of that long pole the little guy is using. That cable is attached to a winch. So he hooks the pole onto board, and then the winch plus the board out.
@@missmacNZ You think he’s unaware that his partner is twice his size? On several occasions throughout throughout the series, he’s lost the board in the aggregate flow because he didn’t have the size/strength to extract it. Someone up the line had to find the board and return it.
Seems incredibly pointless to have the planks at all. It would flow into the conveyor on its own after its been dumped that way and all you would have to do is spray the sides down. Seems pointless to block it with planks you have to remove later anyway.
The process is an ancient way of doing it that goes back to the 1930's. The company you work for spent too much on business management and didn't upgrade as they are required too. You got slave labor classed in a business company that makes billions a day. It's time to remove those business people.
This is a fatal accident just waiting to happen - We watch this man slipping and sliding towards the conveyer wearing just flip-flops? If he slips and falls into that conveyer belt, can he be pulled out in time whilst covered in heavy rocks? Could they stop the belt in time before he is carried to whatever is on the other end? I know he is not being paid very much for this job, but his life is surely worth much more... Please get him to wear PROPER boots or shoes with a decent grip/tread on the sole.
I've seen other commenters say that they are either fast or dead...I get most concerned about the build up on either side, if that should let lose, then I see real trouble.
@@DonLuc23 - It _is_ scary to watch and forsee stuff like that happening. They may say ''it's never happened before....we know what we're doing''. Yup, it's never happened.... _yet_ And being complacent can be a killer. That wee guy at the start, just hanging onto his wire with one hand, and then clambering further in to the sliding stones. I mean....fer gawds sake. I'd have him wearing a harness with a line so if he did tip in, they could haul him out quicker. I suppose if he moaned or complained about the working conditions, he'd be sacked on the spot, with 1000 others ready to take his place before he was even unclipped.
Well, natural sound of heavy machinery clattering away.
Smooth operation is running. Bravo young man thanks.

If you do not like this video Do not watch it. For me a frequent viewer I find the process fascinating. Thanks Ying
The lulling sound of other people working hard...😅
No I think you mean natural sound of the machine that's running the conveyor belt.
*Not wooden planks today but metal grills... but small/tiny stones could go thru the grills..*
Safety shoes with steel noses, gloves, etc.
I like his steel toe slippers.
Yoooo 😂😂😂😂
At least he didn't lose his cigarette!
The conveyor never seems to stop. How do you switch trucks at the other end when one truck fills up?

That does NOT look safe.
Not at all! And spray water on the deck! That will help!
got the savety-cigarrette, dont worry
The safety hazards must be a perk
One slip and it’s over. I know you need to feed your family, be well.
Take THAT OSHA!
FFSRT!!
You really don't want to be breathing lime dust
No need safety just flipflops
That doesn't look like a safe job.
I hope he gets hazard pay.
Why do you have to change who we are watching all the tim

the cable does the work

Can not imagine he is really happy about the physical comparison. How do you judge "strength. "???? The wire does the forceful work.

Leaving the planks allows for (rain)water drainage without the bilge suction becoming blocked with rock and dust.

No one asked
I’m not sure that the 1930s is counted as “ancient “ lmao
I honestly wonder how the modern process is. Could you post a link here?

Its simple .... most of the lawyers and judges have been shot.
No lawyers .... no problems.
You see that the men change at 5:00. Thats cause the first man got sucked into the belt.

This work is really very safe, it is not dangerous as you think, if there is a case of falling down by the chain, it will not hurt the workers.
Boy, your videos are starting to run extremely long. Think you could shorten them up some?
