It’s so good I could cry. People listening may not realize the complexity of this piece. It’s written mostly in 7/8, with some strange sections that briefly change time signature for a few bars… 7/8 isn’t unheard of as a rhythm, but it does keep you on your toes. Much of the tune is made up of various arpeggios and droning, ascending passages, with a real fusion of Irish and flamenco (which was Bill Whelan’s original intention, lol).
This is the sharpest natural duo around. A whole lot of hidden magic.
