FOR THOSE ASKING ABOUT THE END: at about 3:48, you can hear someone ask, "where are they [the lions] going?" The two adult lionesses - one in the tree, one on the ground waiting to catch the baboon - were pulled away from the baboon because two of their cubs had wandered off and another baboon had come down from a tree and got close to the cubs. Grown baboons can kill lion cubs, so the adult lionesses were forced to defend their young and let the trapped baboon be. The "end" of the video is just the lioness coming out of the tree. Lions are scary smart. The lioness in the tree not only was trying to catch the baboon but knowing it had an accomplice in the ground, was trying to get the baboon to either fall or jump from the tree.

A lion usually doesn’t go after a baboon this hard unless it specifically did something to it. I would bet money that before this scene was recorded, the baboon probably had killed a lion cub. And its mother was going after her revenge. Lol! I saw another video in YT just like this one but the baboon had just killed her Cub and she chased it up a tree and killed it on a high branch.
This picturing is so enjoying, and interrupts hunting...
Was waiting for the part where the lioness slipped off, and the branch got broken and the baboon fell off while the other lioness chased the baboon and the baboon jumped off to the other tree and the lionesses gave up - THE END.
