Hey DF if you stop sprinting in mid air you save stamina. So sprint, jump, stop sprinting, and spend all the jumps you can to move quickly and save stamina.
When you fight a Big Chunk and have at least 2 frog jump and some jetpack, you can jump on the Big Chunks and there, they can't hurt you, you just have to jump when they attack and you are safe

I don't think big chunks, gronks, or guardians can spawn from the shrines until day 5. So if you've got the tools and want some immediate power ups, the first few days are the time to do so - until you're insanely overpowered again.
power-ups I like: dumbell (extra strength) jetpack (higher jumps) sneaker (faster walkspeed) cold drink or something (get more attack speed and higher crit chance for a few seconds after hitting a crit) orange juice ( more attack speed) uh i forgot the other stuff because there are a lot of em
BTW Chunkium armor is worse than Adamantine unless you get a full set (the full set bonus) otherwise use adamantine as it gives you more protection. The shield in your inventory is not out yet but it will probably come out in the next update and as every Sunday has a new update it will (I'm guessing) come out in a close update. Also try to get recourses and activate the ship on the island.

the wings of glory actually doesnt just work while falling, it only checks to see if your midair so it really means "does extra damage in the air"

for speed running its better than iron because its faster to mine and can mine mythril
And Minecraft was referencing real life, where gold is crap for armor and tools because it is both very soft and very heavy.

A tip for the Golems is you can stand on their head and they can do pretty much nothing :) just watch out for others YEETING rocks at you
