A.I. is just another tool, how we use it its up to us. When computers showed up people said its the end of the instruments etc, and? XXIst century and we still are playing guitars and rest of instruments, don't we? Btw. Alice I just wanted to say THANK YOU! I have watched many vids and must say, You, Will Darling (EDM Tips) and STRANJAH are my best of the best. Easy to understand (even for non English people). Btw2 Blonde color suits You more than brown and I love Your accent and smile. I wish You all the best in life and music business. Cheers.

I am more than happy to see you experimenting in this way.
One note: There's a pro version of RipX that's a lot better.
Something else to think about. Udio's new remix feature is a real game changer. It'll melt your partials into full comps, or give you a fresh take on an existing song you've made.
It works on spectral noise, so adding filters that create fun and unusual noise textures can produce interesting and sometimes thought provoking results. Remember, the best reason to use ai is to surprise you, and break you out of your comfort zone as an artist. To work with concepts and ideas that you wouldn't think of on your own. I've been playing with the bleed, to create impossible instruments, like the fiddlemonica or tubacello. It really does feel magical. Also, it's great for turning tracks of you singing in the shower into finished songs
Also, never use ai lyrics. They're trash

And you can even take Synth V to the next level with their new Vocoflex plugin :D

I love your work! Thank you so much for what you do. What is the best stem separation tool that has worked for you?

On the easy part, cheat it... Do a few bars of your own idea : rythm, main melody, chord progression and give it to AI music generators. You then get a (actually multiple) decent song(s) with multiple generations / different styles. Depending on the style the output have the same key / chord progressions / tempo with the input and the same melody with the added benefit of better mixed & mastered sound and some good improvisations... Of course it doesn't fit into the whole idea you would get out of your own material but all is done with less hassle... You only need good listening skills and amateur producing skills for the input you give to the ai.
By the way, AI is not always crap with the lyrics if you feed them with something meaningful like a few lines to the lyrics or with a decent abstract subject.
Kudos to Suno for arpeggios, not everyone hates them 😂😂

I always enjoy watching your videos. In today's AI video, I just noticed that you recommend using stems from well-known songs. However, one should also consider the legal aspect and perhaps obtain the rights to them, which is not always easy. Maybe you could make a video about how to obtain the rights.

    Interesting tutorial!
However, it would be really helpful if you can clarify which of the plugins you showcased in the video you genuinely use in your workflow, and which ones were included as part of a sponsorship or specifically for this video. This way, beginner producers can have a clearer understanding and make more informed decisions on which tools to invest in.

Hey Alice, how do you A-B so quickly? It doesnt work like in Pro Tools, Nuendo, Reaper etc. If 1st track is muted and 2nd unmuted - and I hit mute shortcut - it will mute both (not unmute 1st track and mute 2nd track like all other DAW). Thanks for all the quality content you share for free!

You can assign any key on your keyboard to spesific key on your keyboard in Ableton. So I just assign "L" then turn of one; then clickin "L" would turn of one and turn on another.

your song at the beginning is a top hit!!!! synthesizer v might be the missing piece for me. exactly you can use ai to co-assist you on making music. producers and singers-songwriters, guitarists etc.. have nothing to fear of ai will never give the quality and the precision of a natural studio recording.

Hi Alice, no disrespect, but videos on how AI can "help" artists is not at all what I am looking to watch on here. Appreciate all of your hard work on making these videos, but AI is not a topic I'd like to see crossed over into art creation, as the origins of much that AI is "trained" on isn't really revealed, and will ultimately probably be linked to unsavory theft from real artists, producers, programmers, etc to fuel this "anyone can with AI" mentality. Cheers all the same.

@@dr.jackshephard4733 "Appreciate all of your hard work on making these videos, but AI is not a topic I'd like to see" - sounds like you want her to change, but I accept if that's not what you meant.

Unfortunately AI and robotics is coming and whether she covers it or not is not gonna change whether the corporations use AI to steal artist music etc.
You're having a hard time accepting the change that is occurring in reality but to put that on her that she's somehow promoting it only shines a spotlight on your ignorance
And if you actually watched the video she's telling you to use it as a reference for people who don't have another human being to bounce their ideas off of she's not telling you to rely on it or to let it make the decisions for you just simply as a point of triangulation so you can better understand objectively were your own sounds are and the fact that you have a problem with that shines of spotlight on your 0.1 GPAGPA
