As a Kid I got sick eating Spaghetti at Italian place had to be the Tomato sauce spoiled , that was something ill never forget , lucky I threw it all up .

I've worked many restaurants & it's the same everywhere. Fresh out the fryer your best bet. Then again they never change the grease. & The prices of equipment is so ridiculous it making it a no win situation for restaurants. Something breaks, they're screwed.

How did it go on this Long to take for that many, a year, a month? And listen to his Words about "New People".......cheaper labor with immigrants, no vaccines, lil to no Foid Health knowledge, lack of work skills. I managed in the Industry and getting many Hispanics to repeat the same thing daily, including cleaning was a Daily Chore. Basically, your gonna get the poops or worse. Yuk.
