Yes, Suárez' was masterful, no question, even to the point of (slightly) out-pitching the Twins' ace. His stuff all played up, and he might be the next successful Orioles reclamation project, after the likes of Bautista and Cano. The ovation he got when coming out of the game was nice and well-earned.
Hyde had Yohan throwing in the 9th to come in if we had gone to the extra innings
We've seen pitchers bouncing around in the minors, in Japan or Korea then suddenly finding it in the big league. Hopefully Suarez is the latest of those pitchers.
Ramirez was up throwing in the 9th, so he was available and coming in if we went to 10

Who knows what Suarez will be for the rest of this season (more realistically until we can add to the rotation in a significant way at the deadline)?
But if he keeps pitching effectively, he will absolutely have a spot on the team. Wells is simply not a starter, Irvin is no good, and Means may be done or at least no longer a viable options for the O’s rotation (given how he has been lit up at AAA).
Even if Bradish returns (which is no given), there is still a rotation spot that is available right now.
Suarez deserves more innings. If he's good, trade him for some youngsters...
Give me Suarez everyday over Baumman. His stuff looks electric for some innings out of bullpen
It would be nice to have Wells, Irvin and Suarez in the bullpen. It would be nice to have theee guys that can eat multiple innings, which we really don't have now. That could really keep the bullpen fresh. Not sure how Suarez will look over the next few starts, but Wells and Irvin are better suited for the BP. Their stuff definitely plays better there and they tend to fall off the second time throught the order as starters. On a related note, Povich has looked great so far, but McDermott and Armbruester's walk numbers...wow, very very disappointing

But who scores from 1st base on a base hit to left field they all fell down on that play from Cowser and Gunnar they both cruise on that play thinking he would stop to 3rd and runners would be on 1st and 3rd

Baumann is TURRIBLE. You can't trust him in high-leverage situations. Unless they have a 4+ run lead, you can't relax when he's in. He's the luckiest 10-game winner in the history of MLB. He's the poster boy for the "Wins Don't Mean Jack For Pitchers" crowd.
