I just figured it was worth mentioning that Sol Talisman and Mox Tantalite aren't cast when you put them on suspend, they're cast when the last time counter is removed. Suspending a card isn't casting it, meaning you can't counter putting a card on suspend with cards like counterspell, nor do you draw from Jhoira merely from suspending the card. The time the card is cast is when it runs out of time counters, meaning you would get to draw from Jhoira then, not when you first suspend them. Hopefully this helps :)

That's very helpful. They have no business in this deck if that's the case. Thank you very much.

Thank you sir, I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Jhoira is one of my favorites to play for exactly the reasons you describe: she takes skill to pilot and she puts in work.

Jhoira trigger is at cast so you can't activate top and draw it.

Just wanted to know where you got the colorless cards from. Did you print em out or is there a website where you can buy such cards, because i‘d really like to play those good and expensive mana rocks but don‘t habe the money for them. I would appreciate hearing from you

      Jakob,
Thanks for watching and commenting. I print many of my own proxies. you can use regular copy paper with an mtg card behind that in the sleeve, or you can print on "cardstock" paper which you can buy at any big box store. I prefer to print proxies in grayscale because I can instantly identify them, but you don't have to. If you use sites like www.mtg-print.com/ or mtgprint.net/ you can enter an entire deck list and it will create pdf files for you to print.
You can also purchase fancy proxies from some websites, my personal favorite is abyssproxyshop.com.
You should definitely talk with your playgroup about proxies. I'm 1000% in favor of proxies, but not everyone shares my opinion. Even though I've worked my collection up to owning LED, Mox Diamond, mana crypt, etc. I most often find myself reaching for a pre-con or some deck that I've deliberately built as mid-tier. It's cool for a while to win on turn 2 or 3, but unless your playgroup is looking for that kind of complex and fast paced game, the novelty soon wears off.
However, proxies are about more than just printing cards we "can't afford." I own 1 graded tundra; i'm not going to break that case to put it in my Brago deck, and I'm not going to buy a second one for my sliver deck. I think my 1 tundra validates me proxying it into any number of commander decks... but how does your playgroup feel?
I might have 50 sol rings (one of them is even from revised), but they're scattered among 1000's of other artifacts in a drawer. I'm too lazy to search through all those every time I want to build a new commander deck. So I just print a page with 9 sol rings on it, and save myself some time... but how does your playgroup feel?

That's not how final fortune works

Joira is amazing, I run her myself.. that said, when breaking down a deck tech in video format, you should totally make the sound like your sucking your teeth before every word you speak.. dosnt make you seem pompous or entitled.. definitely gives that, being talked down to vibe that mtg player are drawn to. -.-
