Go up 301 in Bowie across from the WaWa that's sits in the middle of 301...Townhouses starting at 624k and u still get trash schools...Guess that's why Charles County is now the richest Black county in the U.S. Hope them white folks not mad....We want more foe our money too.

Overdue but won’t be provided. Majority of the community is now residential now. The usual PGCo okey-doke that doesn’t happen in HoCo.

No, Beechtree, Oak Creek, and all the other communities along Church Rd. between 214 and 202 are the heart of UM. Also, the various communities along 202 eastbound, and Rt.4 westbound from 301 up to Woodyard Rd. are true UM. Additionally, the land adjacent to Clinton between Rt.5 and Rt.4 is true UM. Westphalia is Westphalia, meant to be it’s own enclave of whatever it provides imo.
