Stanley Martin was the one for our family... Open floor plans and 6 months to build unlike toll brothers a year before they can start the process... the best decision ever.

Homes built in a development by the same builder usually have some similarities. Trust me, if you purchase one, you will definitely know where home is. LOL.

Living with parents in New Carrollton but man Um looks nice
Once a rush hour shuttle service to the commuter bus route begins, Marlton homes go up 25% with all the hybrid schedule workers who don't want to spend 250k for each bedroom bathroom suite.
I live by one of those communities. They think they own the damn road when they are driving. Ever since them homes opened up nothing but road rage, reckless driving & close calls. Acting like a car can’t kill a person. They are gonna run in to the wrong person one day.
There's plenty of great communities in PG County. These three communities are proof downside is none of the homes are for sale currently. Show us a place we could actually purchase from.

Seen some of these boonie-boxes so close to each other that you make to make sure no to offend your neighbor going commando . Plus if you are really from the country you can still smell the gasoline in the summertime .

No fact PGCPS has produced a lot of amazing adults who have went on to college got married and have amazing lives… My husband and myself are products of PGCPS .
@@cntaylor2009 yes, but as a parent with kids in PGCPS today, it sucks. Maybe it was better a few decades ago when you and your husband attended, but now it’s a mess. Compare education statistics with other counties in Md or the DMV as a whole.
@@infinitytricks3716 ok I understand while looking for houses I met a mother at a open house who told about CMIT which is a public charter school in PGC . I didn’t even know PGC had charter schools , and they are free. CMIT is a math science and technology school my oldest daughter goes there and she is in kindergarten and she will go there all the way through High School our youngest daughter will start next school year .
@@cntaylor2009 hello, my two are at Legends Charter School which is much better than my local county school. Congrats on CMIT, other parents I know are very pleased with it, my two are in the lottery. Hopefully they get in. I’m giving it one more year, then we’re headed to Anne Arundel.

Private neighborhoods are good but the rest of PG county are full of hoodlums. Hopefully they keep cleaning this area. It’s gotten better though.
