Her arguement reminds me of a story of a man drowning and calling out to God to save him. Three boats stop by and offer to help, only for the drowning man to reject all three saying, "God will come save me".
Well the man drowns and goes to to be judged in heaven. He stands before God and ask, "Why did you not save me and let me die?"
God replies, "I sent you three boats!!"
In conclusion: Don't be foolish in your faith. Common sense exist for a reason
And this is a prime example of how God works. Nothing showy but enough to get you out of a jam.

I'm kinda sad she doesn't refer to herself as us. It was something she did in the light novels, gave her a rather unique personality. Small thing, I know, but it was kinda her thing.
If it is a characteristic or quirk of a character it should be kept, it is part of who they are.
That's the "royal plural," referring to yourself as "we" or "us." A usage by royalty or high nobility, showing you're above the commoners.

@@teeho299 Only if they use physical skills that are at 5 lvls lower or close to his lvl. His ring negates all magic and his physical resistance is off the charts. A two man team would be a challenge for him though.
He's still a caster. Those tend to be very squishy unless steps are taken to be less squishy. And even then they aren't tanks.

They're both around his level
I'm not so sure. The one guy used a skill that is only 20 levels behind where Diablo is and there's no guarantee that his level is just 130. Fanis could be of an even higher level. Plus while Diablo has a lot of combat experience from the game he can bring over, these two had to reach this point by fighting real battles. He can't afford to take them lightly when death is the consequence for losing. Diablo is crazy powerful. But he's not that OP.
In the first season we had Diablo reveling in being much stronger than his opposition. Now that he's faced with closer rivals he's at more risk and needs to be more cautious, and to work to prepare himself. IMHO that makes for interesting character development.

It would be somewhat accurate to compare her to doctor doom: she ultimately wants what's best for her people, but is extremely aggressive when it comes to getting what she wants, especially when it comes to diablo's party and anything related to the church. She's not a villain, but she's definitely antagonistic, at least until this arc is resolved.
