I went to Whole Foods, bought every single keto shake, and then taste tested them all for you! Based off the taste, ingredients, and price I'll give my recommendations on which ones I think are the best. Enjoy, and I'll see you in the comments!

i actually did try keto first and i always feel sick, that is the reason why i switched to a different diet which is agoge diet, i have never felt better, not just that i feel great but i can see changes on me as well, it really helped me lose weight by still enjoying my meals

Found Koia Keto at local Whole foods, excellent taste and curbed my appetite while out and about shopping. Cake batter also makes an excellent coffee creamer, maybe others do too. If a couple of these replace a meal (and that cost) and helps me lose weight, it isn't very expensive.

I must have missed this video from when it aired originally, but a big “Thank You” for doing this. I’ve loved Garden of Life’s Ready to Drink Chocolate Protein Shake, but they’ve discontinued it. I tried their powder version, and I agree with Thomas...not good. I’m gonna try the Koia ones and see if that will meet my need. Thanks again.

The Primal Kitchen chocolate is actually delicious if you mix it with almond milk and microwave it with a tiny bit of monk fruit or coconut sugar. Makes a great hot chocolate!!!

I really love the Rebbl Protein Dark Chocolate! Not too thin and super tasty! Haven't tried the keto version.
They're even better now. The hazelnut dark chocolate is the best.

That's exactly my thought,however I think Thomas want to be more of a research person,and that's who he is.

I've been doing intermittent fasting for over a year with good results. One thing l can't figure out though is the following: Let's say l burn 2.500 calories a day, and my total daily intake is around 2.500. If l replace my calories mainly from carbs to calories mainly from fat, will l burn stored fat, or just the fat from the meals? Or is the only way to loose body fat caloric deficit? Thanks
Can you do the same but for green power drinks? I feel like I don't get enough of my greens in ny diet and I see some really amazing products, none are ready to drink though.
