Thank you for the information. I had bilateral total knee replacement in 2003 & haven't had any problems with them, but it's my understanding that they do fail after 10-15 years. I "baby" my legs (avoid tripping/falling risks, running, etc), with hope that they'll serve me well for a while yet.
