Can I have my lb on balanced and my rb on stay back? If so do I keep the rest of the players on the same instructions or what should I change??
In that case, the instructions from all the left side players change for the right side players and vice versa
my bad if I sound stupid I don’t play fifa much but your editing the ultra defensive game plan so do I just stay on ultra defensive the whole time in game and not change it ?

if rb woud be on overlap also rcm would be on balanced so wouldn't right side of the pitch be less defensive ? instead lcm should be balanced and rcm on stay back . Whatsay ?

You can use any formation you want to get the most chemistry on your players, doesn’t really matter what formation because your gonna change to 4321 or another formation in game. Hope this helps

As a pro, isn't it boring to play with and against the exact same formation 24/7? I mean have Haaland/Sorloth on RCF/LCF and whipped pass them 24/7 so they can pass it to their ST drives me nuts in elite
You're apsolute right, those types of players only use meta tactics and meta play....
Excel is also boring, yet I use it at work daily.

What did you expect? These are the undisputed best 4321 tactics. The only thing you can change is put all of your wing backs on stay back.
That actulaly matters a lot im game, your defense and atack or much more high intensity and risky
@@Yash7031_Yeah but only if your RCM/LCM whichever is opposite to your come back cf is on high medium which then causes a gap in your team often, so honestly you cant even change that, unless you want your ccm to run down the wing 😂

It's actually sad what Team Gullit has done to the community. As pro players they should want to improve the game. Instead every time i see a logo of team Gullit in my opponents line up, I already know what I am going against. 4-3-2-1, ultra press, corner tactics, kick-off glitches etc. Do better...
