What is observership ? Can you please give details about it
As the term suggests, observership is where you work under a senior doctor and observe the cases in terms of patient management.
@@bridgebuildersacademy not exactly.. observership has to be done in recognised cancer hospital / teritiary cancer centers where one has to closely associate with comprehensive management of cancer..its non -stipendiary
@@aswinmullath142 Agree, but not necessarily cancer-related, it can be done for any clinical field. Like a fresh BDS graduate can also apply for an observership in AIIMS, that's what we meant. Thank you for a more defined version. 🙏🙂

@@DipankarDipankar69 i think they would keep you as an oncologist but if any case of omf comes, you might be consulted. I don't have the depth idea, you can ask your senior doctor about this

What advice are you looking for?
Age limitation is there for fellowship?? please inform 🙏🙏🙏
Please check with the respective fellowship site like FHNO or Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital. The requirements keep changing, so its better to keep checking websites for latest information.

40 yrs is for tata but I think in fhno there is no age limit ....
If someone is from poor economic background , then it should be good to make carrier in dentistry and go for BDS ?
If this is what the person really want to do, they will find a way to crack a government seat and excel ahead in the career.
@@bridgebuildersacademy mam , this was my 2nd drop 2nd attempt for neet , i cleared my boards in year 2020. i won't get mbbs due to 5-10 marks , and due to my silly mistakes in exam (total of 80 marks of silly mistakes ) , i will get a bds seat at RIMS Ranchi .

@@bridgebuildersacademy mam , are there jobs available after bds or mds or MCh (MCh is provided by AIIMS Rishikesh to bds and mds(OFMS) graduates ) as i heard that this field is oversaturated . I was asking about jobs as clinical setup required heavy investment , and what if somebody can't do due to economical problem.
@@medical__curiosity Please understand dentistry has never been a job-oriented course, If you are looking for clinical jobs after BDS/MDS, then yes the course doesn't offer many opportunities, but you can change your path and move into a non-clinical profile.
Will we get same opportunities as mbbs doing head and neck oncology
This totally depends on how one takes up the course and applies the learnings during the internship and practice. This field would require a lot of dedication and effort to grow at par with others.
