Vale of Rheidol Photo Charters 2023 - Line Ups, Engine Shed Preview and Alternative Runpasts

A look at some of the locomotive line ups at Aberystwyth, with Vale of Rheidol Railway 7 Owain Glyndŵr, 8 Llywelyn and 1213 (later 9) Prince of Wales in front of the new carriage shed and locomotive workshops/running shed. Number 9 is currently awaiting overhaul, while 7 & 8 were used during the two days of photo charters in new liveries.
We take a look at the Great Western narrow gauge locomotives along the line with footage unused in previous videos selected from alternative run pasts.
Also at Aberystwyth we take a look inside the old GWR Engine Shed, which is nearing the end of a conversion into a exhibition and function space. Inside we see Quarry Hunslet Works No. 605 Margaret, Kerr Stuart Wren Works No. 3114 and former Brecon resident Jung 0-6-2WTT Works No. 1261 of 1908 99 3553 Graf Schwerin-Löwitz.
