How to make Cross reference (Hyperlink Citation) in word and pdf file?

Have you ever wondered how the scientific authors and journal editors make Cross-reference for their cited articles?

I get the problem that the link gets added with the bookmark title. Eg. As "one" bookmark name instead of citation name.

It can happen that when using this method a "one" occurs when putting in the hyperlink. You can solve for this by right-mouse clicking on the word and then click on "hyperlink". Hence, do not scroll to the hyperlink above in the menu box, but instead right-click on the word itself and then click on hyperlink in the box that opens.
