His quest to opening a training facility to better the lives of people in his community, his journey to become Ireland strongest man and his battles with mental illness along the way. He also tells his story of coming out as an openly gay strongman.

I've absolutely been so excited to see this my partner watched it without me, and told me about it several times. Mental illness needs to be discussed more, and less of a taboo. Thank you for sharing your story. I'm so excited to see your growth and journey!

Very similar story to what I went through being at a all boys rugby school in South Africa and then spending hours in the gym and becoming a 145kg guy , which was all in hindsight to protect myself from those around me
