      And nice try but please read at least wiki page before talking BS. Baltic languages are totally different from finno-ugric language group that finnish language is part of.
      Another thing: Finland is not categorized as scandinavian country not because of language but because of location and they are located on the *scandinavian peninsula* which makes it strange why they are excluded from the "real" scandinavia.
      Oh, in my experience only people who are really, really, really particular about Finland not being part of scandinavia (and they seem to be actually offended by saying that) are swedish and some trolling finnish. Why it's so sore spot for them, i don't know.

      I'm not sure if you've ever seen the show Eureka before, but people are always asked "If you can have one of the inventions, which would you pick?" My answer would be the one Fargo used to not sweat while wearing a suit during a heatwave. That's the dream man. I've gone to job interviews where I have to put my suit on in the bathroom a few minutes before hand to minimize the sweat stains. On the elevator ride to the office I always see these lawyers wearing designer suits and I'm like "How the hell do you wear those all day and still be fresh 'n clean?!"

      i couldnt do a pushup - neither a pull/chinup - ever, was always a chubby tall guy, but since i started lifting i gained more strength, and now, after 1 year and a half, i bench press 110kg correctly(no bullshit, let it touch the chest and then push it, high alplitude correct movement). Start with lower weights on a gym, gain muscular mass and keep practcing, and you will get the shit with time, push ups will be easyer than anything

      Yes, an ultimate target of 5 sets of 20 is great. Each push-up should be done STRICTLY, breathing out as you rise WITHOUT HUNCHING, and breathing in as you dip deeply WITHOUT BOUNCING. Here's a less harsh routine for the FEARLESS & DETERMINED couch potato:
      * 1st month, 2 times per week: 5 sets of 5
      * 2nd month, 2 times per week: 5 sets of 10
      * 3rd month, 2 times per week: 5 sets of 20
