    Our Work Process:
    1. Come up with questions, research, script, come up with opinions/commentary, polish until ready for recording.
    2. Record voice acting the stories/questions, sharing thoughts and opinions and performing it in a creative and transformative fashion for viewers to enjoy.
    3. Record gameplay until there is enough interesting footage to use for the background
    4. Throw the gameplay in the editing software and then begin typing up the captions, cutting/trimming the voice acting, adding SFX, color correction, removing/adding clips, etc.
    5. Final review of the video, if video is not up to the quality desired for this channel. Either go back into the editing software, re-record some lines, change opinions/commentaries.

She did it so he can break up with her and he can take the blame for ending the relationship, obviously she doesn't love him.

NTA. It's not about the dog. It's about her ignoring his feelings about dogs and invalidating them. She doesn't respect you, dude. Get out and tell her to go find the dog a good home.

OP needs to boot her. No matter what, the boundary was crossed and even if she comes back to apologize and re-home the dog because in the latter situation, she will resent you despite the whole situation being her fault.

Well maybe the girlfriend brought a dog home to tell OP that she’s breaking up with him and only pretends to try to get him back home ....or am I totally wrong ?

Yeah she basically broke up with him because she chose something else which was something that conflicts with OP. So there you have it

While part of it is about the dog, the other major part is her invalidating your feelings and choices. It will be a reoccuring thing, people like op stbx gf consistently boundary step

They're obviously not compatible since she loves dogs and he hates them, so yes, it's the right thing for them to break up. And yes, it was crappy of her to just do it without talking to him about it. A pet is a big commitment that a lot of people don't take seriously enough. But as a dog person, I have no qualms in saying I don't trust people who don't like dogs. To sum up, no, he's not an asshole, but he's also not someone I would want to be friends with.

It sounded more like he was afraid of them, instead of hate. Which is very valid if you have had traumatic experiences as a child. When I was a child, I got rushed by a bulldog and still have the scars as the testament to that encounter. I don't hate dogs, but you sure as hell won't see me getting close to one. I understand fundamentally that not all dogs are aggressive, but it's unreasonable for anyone to expect me to simply get over my phobia.
Please don't write off people for their fears or phobias; most of the time, they have a good reason for them.

YOUR personal experiences do not dictate what everyone else in the world must feel. What an arrogant, belligerent stand to take. You sound narcissistic. Grow up.

please never get into a relationship. Trying to force a dog on someone who as a phobia of dogs is plain irrespectful. if she was leaving on her own yes, she can get one but they live TOGETHER. You don't make decision without consulting the other.

Seconding the other comment. If you're incapable of understanding basic levels of respect and boundaries in a relationship, you should not be in one. Hope you fix your point of view before you seriously think about dating, and if not, I wish a lot of luck to your partner to notice the red flags sooner rather than later.

No one has a right to own a pet, or to unilaterally make a decision that affects their lives so much. Having a fear of dogs isn't controlling lmao

The GF has the right to own a pet, but the BF has the right NOT to own one, particularly in his own home. The GF has the right to live with 10 family members, too, but she certainly does NOT have the right to move a horde of relatives into the BF's place without even discussing it with him beforehand.

Are you OP's girlfriend?? Or a person exactly like her with no regards for others boundaries 😊
