this motor probably tuned to 250w nominal but its torque is 3 times the bafang 250w motor (swh02 one that actually can hold 500w controllers) its probably for legal reasons thats it its probably a 1000w motor a lot of companies do that
You are right: Torque with only 250 watts is 90nm, which is better than a lot of 500 and 750 watt motors.
😮 2 72/50 batteries?? That's two cinder blocks... This is just crazy... Time for motorcycle faster cheaper ...
Right now, Eleek is unable to manufacture bikes for customers. Sporadic blackouts and the war have hampered their production capabilities. However, they have been making bikes for the ukranian army. Low heat signature, quiet, fast, and agile make these EXCELLENT combat machines. I asked if they were selling their frames a while back, and they emailed me last week to tell me some of this.
Advertised controller is 72v at 300 amps is 21kw... with a 3kw hub motor??🤣 That's really stretching even peak values for 3kw hub - big red flags there.
Interesting that all those bikes are hub drives, not mid drives, for that kind of money.
Sucks to me because no PAS and my one gripe about these bikes is that the don’t have a removable battery to charge outside the bike without unscrewing
That Eleek bike would be very competitive if it was sold in the USA. The massive battery and rack remind me of the also Ukrainian Delfast bikes but with a significantly lower price.
Hay man when you get the chance the fricken shredder he owns one he gives a great review on the cabb motor works. Honestly I think you your self would love it, I was thinking of getting a cabb to go with my vsett 10r. Good video a lot to think about as a consumer ❤💪👊👍😁🤔
Obviously a biased opinion so take it for what it’s worth. There are a lot of things from a manufacturers view point that builders like this get wrong like swingarm pivot engineering. That’s a long swingarm with a narrow attachment point and a weighted hub motor so the torsional rigidity would be pretty awful and prone to breaking. Plus that rear suspension at that angle needs to be on a linkage. So sometimes judging on a parts list is like watching the magicians left hand while the “magic” is happening in the right. Remember that us manufacturers are frame designers and builders and the job after that is picking parts from our parts supplying partners. So if we don’t do a great job of frame design and engineering…. I’ll leave it at that.
I'm pretty sure Ukraine will give you that bike in exchange of F16 jet, a good deal.

I build my own bomber 5kw hub motor 72v 40ah which gives me 60mph gps top speed and my range is like 20 - 40 miles or more depends on how i ride, total cost is around $4.5k but with cheaper parts same performance is around $3k - $3.5k, bro cabmotorworks is highly over priced. Thinking ur paying 10k for top performance? But then the upgrades are stupidly priced like GTA5 🤦
