replacing injector cups in a d12 Volvo big rig

This is a short version of how to replace injector cups and the tools needed on a d12 liter Volvo truck THE TOOL NEEDED IS BY KTC VOL1516 Volvo sleeve remover and installer,it comes in a 4 piece kit

Can you use old injectors again?

Yes for sure I always due unless I have a misfire. Just get a complete set of 0-rings and replace them, you won't use all they give you.. Just make sure they are in the "Right groove" When you install, there are grooves that the ring fits but there are also empty grooves,.just be sure! Wrong grooves or the ring is not good. just compare it with the old one.

Take a long skinning philips screw driver and stick it down the injector hole ,you need to be down a couple inches to be safe
